Used this service and loved it!

I needed graphics for my course bundle. Brilliant service and reasonable pricing. Quick delivery and helpful

From my experience, what I can say is that the support system (from Diana) is very good, to set up a payment. That was an age-old scenario.

Lately, I have seen a decline in support.
I did face angry buyers which resulted in my account being locked. That is after 11 orders I completed.

What I am saying, is that I am shouting at the buyer, please do come back to get any change, I'll be more than happy, but a one-time user just comes crushed and gave me 1 rating. And even confessed that he did in anger. I asked him just take a rest and helped him till he felt satisfied.

There was literally a scammer who flew away with my work and refund and left a bad testimonial after delivery. After that I got my account locked on funnelrolodex.com

Another buyer was patient enough to work out ideas, as they were going to pitch for investment, and there are so many as they were ready to work, as long as they keep in touch, to know daily progress and if they like to see new vision/angle.

Anyway, this is utterly useless to explain, but my point is if you are making decisions solely on, what buyers spokes on? Is there a policy to consider only buyers' feedback? What about the seller?
How about a buyer comes for a $15 service and expects to deliver $100 worth of service?
There is TnC for that.
So, not only did they take my work but also refunded the scammer, and got my account banned.

I learned, that Ignorance has its limit, and making a precise decision comes with time.

That said only one star is probably enough.

Funnel rolodex is a platform that needs to pay more attention to their freelancers.

I have been on the platform for quite a while and I can tell you that they respond to emails when there are no issues but the moment there is one, you'll get no emails back. Like other top freelancing companies, funnel rolodex needs to have a dispute area where they hear from both parties ( Customer and Freelancer ) before taking an action. There are people that are wicked and will have you build their projects only to make a complaint to Funnel rolodex support and have their money refunded so they get a a completed project and their money back, now the freelancer in question loses his account on funnel rolodex and the payment he deserves for a job well done.

Secondly, your team need to work better on responding to emails of freelancers you have suspended without providing a reason why. In the UK I have a group of over 17 freelancers with the same faith.

That's terrible quite frankly.

This is obviously a very big lie because my account has had 28 completed projects and 15 positive 5 star reviews.

I am still in contact with a few of my clients and we are still working together so your reply is baseless and obviously a false claim. Fix your company and stop giving flimsy excuses for your incompetence.

More and More lies, I am highly disappointed. to think an organisation like yourself will keep lying and its sick. 2 accounts? multiple refunds? complaints? lol please quit all of it. I had no issues with all 28 of my clients as we are still in contact till date, there were no refunds done on my account, please work on your team and stop cooking up lies. I have proof(email communications) from my clients, projects that i am still handling. Kindly look for something better to tell the general public rather than all these lies, and since when did it become a bad thing to ask your clients to leave a 5 star review? I mean in reality even uber drivers ask their clients to leave a 5 star review

Was looking for help with my funnel, since I was on a tight schedule with my project launching, and already lost my time with a previous service provider from elsewhere. The account Manager Seth was quite helpful, he recommended a seller who even over-delivered and provided me with useful tips for my niche. Will definitely come again. Highly recommend. Great service."

Great service as always! Using Rolodex to hire service providers for about 6 months now.
Once had an issue with the seller, but support was really helpful and resolved the issue fast.

I have been working with Funnel Rolodex for about 2 months now and they are top notch. Are there still a few bugs? Yes. Is everything perfect? No. BUT, the platform is consistently being updated and their team is actively accepting user feedback in order to help make it the best marketing & funnel marketplace on the internet.
