Great product and very professional expierence with Gerry
Couldn’t recommend them enough

What a brilliant site I ordered a Vespa children's Scooter their operation team were a dream to deal with I spoke to Gerry and he was so helpful and had great knowledge of their products. The delivery was prompt and on time Will definitely be ordering again in the future 5 STAR

Not our first time purchasing from Funstuff.ie and definitely won't be our last. Gerry and his team offer a great service and the toys (jeep,quad,go kart) have lasted years.

I ordered a gift on December 1st that they guaranteed would arrive before Christmas. Their cutoff date was December 15th, so I ordered well in advance. The item never arrived, leaving my daughter without her Christmas gift.
Very disappointing and unreliable. I would not order from this company again.

Excellent quality products. Superior customer service. I had to change the delivery address last minute due to an emergency and they were most accommodating. Not our first purchase, and won't be our last!

I have used funstuff.ie on several occasions, have to say one of the best companies out there to deal with, replys almost straight away, above and beyond to accommodate, all the products are the best quality, needed a new charger one stage contacted gerry and it was in next days post. It really upsets me to leave a one star review for an Irish company but unfortunately we have just been misguided and let down.

My 3 year old asked for a pink ride on tractor for Christmas, I ordered one from this company on 28th Nov, and was told delivery was between 7 and 12 working days. After the 7th day I reached out as I still hadn't received an update on the shipment. I was told that the warehouse is busy and that they would get around to picking my item and that it would be guaranteed Christmas delivery. I reached out again just before the 12 working days as I had noticed that the item went out of stock online, but was told that my item was safe and that it would definitely be here by Christmas. On the 12th day, which was Tuesday 15th December, I reached out once more as I still hadn't received a shipment update and it was at this point I was told it was out of stock and if I would I like a refund.

My partner rang and managed to speak to Gerry and we were told he would try and see if our item was there in the warehouse in Tyrone. He phoned later that day to say the item was found and would be shipped the next day at the latest. I rang the office on the Wednesday and spoke to a lady who advised that Gerry only sourced a tractor that morning and it would be shipped. I asked about picking it up from Tyrone myself and was told thats not possible. Thursday and Friday were pretty much the same, phonecalls being told it was waiting to be shipped. Gerry phoned my partner this morning, to say that the item is on hold and won't be delivered by Christmas, which has forced us to get a refund. I dont want to leave an angry review, only an honest one based on how this situation unfolded. But I feel angry, I am absolutely unable to source another one at this point which leaves me in a worrying position. I ordered this item 3 weeks ago and this time could have been used sourcing one elsewhere. It's a really tough outcome and not the one I certainly wanted for Christmas morning.

Delivery person left Christmas present at the front door very visible and there was no contact about item being delivered and upon opening item was missing bolts very disappointing
