Came really quickly and the product works quite well.

Bought imoo tracker watch for my child online from funtech 2 months ago;The watch cost over 100euro and the strap has now broke.
Contacted funtech and was told there was nothing they could do. No warranty on straps and no spare parts available.
Just spent 20euro replacing with genuine strap elsewhere,
I would avoid funtech,only intrested in your money,with no back up.

Customer service is non- existent, despite emails being sent.

Ordered some edifier speakers at a very good price. Lower than any other online price I saw and I was reassured because the retailer was Irish. The speakers arrived promptly, were the same model as advertised and were well packaged. It was a very positive online shopping experience.

Would have given 5* previously as I made several orders in the past. This time was shipped wrong product. Sent email, filled in returns form and have been completely ignored. Won't be purchasing again!

The amount of missed calls is unbelievable had to go to Tesco and get a new sim

Absolute joke of a shop, the most unhelpful and incompetent group of people I've ever had to deal with. I showed up three times with nothing repaired, the first time I showed up, they told me that the screen that they would be ordering would in the first day next week.The second time I showed up, on that day they told me that the screen had not come in and that I'd have to come in on another day again (without specifying what day). The third time I came in, they called me to tell me that the screen was in so I let them know that I would show up on Saturday and they said that'd be great. The repair was going to be about an hour I was told initially so I came in and dropped my phone in only to be told that there would be a 2 and half hour delay before my phone would be fixed because they had 2 other phones in line, Which I did not know about(no time slot booked or anything, just come in) despite having plans I stayed for the extra 2 and a half hours. I came back again after that only to be told to wait ANOTHER HOUR and that they had not started fixing my phone. Took my phone back and I'm never going back to that kip. Waste of my time, waste of travel and waste of money. AVOID THIS DUMP

Purchase of product was quick and easy and it arrived promptly, but item broke within a few days.
