I moved from the east coast to the west coast for retirement. Furnishr is thoughtful in selecting quality furniture that fits my lifestyle and my age. This is a great service for anyone who needs a turnkey solution for a long distance move.

I live hours away from my beach house, so I hired Furnishr to set it up in a day. Because this isn't my primary home, I don't want to spend hours shopping for furniture. I wanted Furnishr to create a neutral base with the furniture and that's what they did perfectly.

I am happy to have found Furnishr who designed and furnished my new apartment in less than a month. With a $15k budget, I got high quality furniture and a turnkey experience. I definitely will refer Furnishr to my friends.

Thanks to Karen and her team at Furnishr for helping me get to a comfortable and coordinated furniture set-up that I am very pleased with. There were challenges and potential obstacles along the way, including shipping and tarrifs, but through Furnishr's timely and transparent communication, the project was kept on track. I appreciate the friendliness, availability and flexibility from Karen and her team. They always made me feel like a priority as the customer.

Furniture was a huge help in selecting and installing the furnishings for our home. We needed a lot of furniture to furnish our short term rental, and the entire process would have taken us much longer to handle on our own. Their team made it easy and efficient from start to finish. The final result looks fantastic — they selected high-quality, stylish pieces that are also durable for our guests. We’re extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend them.

I had the most wonderful experience working with Furnishr and especially my designer, Karen. From start to finish, she made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Moving into a new NYC apartment can feel overwhelming, but Karen curated the most perfect furnishings that not only fit the space beautifully but also reflected my style and how I wanted my home to feel.

Her attention to detail was incredible—from selecting pieces that maximized my apartment’s layout to layering in textures, colors, and accents that gave it warmth and personality. Every choice felt intentional, and when everything came together, the result was beyond what I had imagined.

The convenience of Furnishr paired with Karen’s design expertise made this such an easy and stress-free process. I couldn’t be happier.

We recently worked with Furnishr to furnish our new flat. They took the time to understand our needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences, ensuring that every piece of furniture and decor complemented the overall design. Furnishr handled everything from sourcing and delivery to setup, making the entire experience stress-free and efficient. Eventhough there were some delays due to the suppliers, we always felt updated.

Delivered exactly as promised. Furnished a 2 bedroom apartment within a very short timeline. It looks fantastic and has everything I need and want. Karen was quick, efficient, knowledgable, and helpful on the design side and Twinkle was super responsive on the delivery side. I needed to return some items (changed my mind when I saw the space), and that went just as it should have, also. This was a great experience!

I paid a design fee and received a proposal quickly. Each package in the proposal comes with a breakdown of the product cost and the service cost that give some transparency. Their turnkey fee is 5% to 20% depending on project size. For projects under $15k, it is 20% I think that's sleep for a studio apartment and I can do it for much cheaper even though it takes more time. If l had a bigger bugdenan and project, I might reconside. The desigms I received are nice in pictures but I can't tell quality from pictures

In August 2024, Karen from Furnisher hired us to help clean, stage, handle linens, assemble furniture, and do some repairs for an Airbnb in Carmel, IN. We completed everything as requested, but when we sent the invoice, it took forever to get a response. I followed up because I get it—life gets busy, and things can slip through the cracks.

However, here we are months later, and we still haven’t been paid for the work we did. This has been really frustrating because we’ve been in the business of cleaning Airbnbs and short-term rentals for three years, and we’ve never had an issue like this before.

If you’re considering working with Furnisher, I strongly recommend protecting yourself: get a contract, require a deposit, and make sure you have a card on file to charge immediately after the work is done. Unfortunately, this has been a tough lesson for us, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

My response to Furnishr's reply: You are absolutely correct that the scope of work changed based on the additional requests made of us. The original quote was strictly for cleaning services, not for the other tasks that were later added. These additional items were assessed based on our initial communication.

Secondly, Karen did not reach out to request a clear breakdown of our invoice for at least two months. When I followed up with her, she asked me to resend the link because it had expired, which I promptly did. After that, we didn’t hear anything until I left this review, despite my follow-up attempts.

I don’t appreciate your team implying that the error is on our end when the issue stems from your team's lack of communication. I have documentation to back this up if needed.

To anyone considering working with Furnishr, I urge caution. You may experience delayed payment and feel gaslighted into thinking you are at fault. It took them five months to pay us for the work we completed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with this company.

We found Furnishr online and checked their review before contacted them. Karen was the point of contact for us, she is very professional and responsive to any of our inquires and comments we have. Even after we have order the package, she continue to work with us for any adjustment we needed and replaced some of the items that did not work out. The delivery team and contact person is also very good and make sure the whole process happens smoothly. We had an overall great experience with them and will definitely use them again in the future when we have the needs.

The design phase was quick and simple. The delivery was supposed to be 3 weeks and the wait time got extended by a week which is understandable for our four-bedroom house. Overall The team is communicative and is quick to resolve issues. I have referred Furnishr to friends and family who need a quick way to get furniture into a new house.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Furnishr. We were returning to the USA after being abroad for a year. We needed to get an apartment furnished and move-in ready before arriving. Furnishr got the job done.

Karen is a terrific listener and selected furniture and accessories that fit both our sizes (one of us is tall, one of us is short) and our lifestyle. Working with a short timeline of four weeks, we had just a couple of calls with Karen to settle on the final layout and furniture selections (and an amazing move-in kit with many of the little things we needed). She provided two different designs schemes that we ended up melding together into the final design and layout. Then, Twinkle and her colleagues took over and organized all of the delivery and installation. She kept us up to date on the progress and helped us select alternative pieces for a couple of items that ended up on backorder. We were flexible and Furnishr was creative and responsive.

During the installation, we encountered an unexpected inaccuracy in the floor plan provided by the apartment building; we were not able to visit the apartment and measure it ourselves. The installation team were simply wonderful; we worked together to adjust Karen’s planned design to fit the actual rooms. We had not seen the apartment before moving, so we were relying on the floor plan. Karen had clearly seen this issue before; her design allowed for flexibility. We are still amazed at how they completed the installation in one day.

I had lovely design consultation with Karen. She made comments about the space that we did not think about. In the end, we cannot move forward with the design because budget constraint. I still appreciate this business model and want to work with Furnishr in the future.

I found Furnishr online and thought they would be the easiest way to furnish a simple apartment quickly. Because I plan to stay in this apartment for two years at most, I don't need anything fancy. My design consultant provided practical advice for the package I will need. The furniture seems very nice in photos. In the end, the package still exceeded my budget so I bought my furniture elsewhere. I plan to use Furnishr again in the future.
