Dan excellent and really helpful. Furnature looks great and amazing quality. Dan helped whilst he was fitting the cupboard to fix the kit hen doors that was hanging off for more than 3 years. Really great

I purchased a shoe cabinet, only to find that it doesn't fit standard size shoes. This product design flaw makes the cabinet practically useless.
​My attempt to return the item was met with a difficult refund policy and unhelpful customer service. Despite the product being unfit for its intended purpose, the staff was unwilling to offer a straightforward solution.
​This lack of support and a flawed product has left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. I would caution others to be aware of their restrictive return policies and the potential for a poor customer experience.

I ordered 3 days ago 26th August and received a confirmation email but have not heard since. Delivery was estimated 29-30 August. On their website it states delivery is 3-5 working days.
I have emailed the company asking when will the order be dispatched but I have had no response.

I ordered a table and chairs from this company and received excellent service. A problem occurred with delivery but was quickly resolved. Also, a chair leg was cracked, photos were sent to furniture hub and within a couple of days another was sent. The person with whom I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful.

Would definitely recommend, easy too order and great communication, quick and easy delivery, good quality wardrobes, wrapped well too avoid movement or damage, already assembled and on wheels too make life so much easier, polite delivery men that keep me updated and placed in the rooms I wanted, all round good experience, Thankyou!

Awful, £200 product covered in oxidisation and no way of contacting anyone there!

Floating shelf unit was easy to order from the website. The item was delivered promptly and was well packed so arrived in excellent condition. The unit looked great and was heavier than I expected which was great.
Overall, a great experience.

Great desk for a small space. Arrived very quickly and easy to assemble. Very sturdy and looks solid having a drawer is very useful. Would recommend .

We ordered a pair of bedside tables. Unfortunately they did not work for us.
I spoke to Alice who was incredibly helpful and organised collection and refund efficiently.
