I am more than pleased with my piece of furniture from your company. From ordering to delivery I was kept informed all the time. Delivery men were very helpful. I would recommend this company.

Service was easy and prompt and the furniture arrived on time. Whilst the furniture is nice, there is a mark on the front leg that was produced during manufacture, we can live with it...just. One of the doors is warped and we have had to fasten it down in the hope it will re-set into place.

I have had the most fantastic service from Lewis in this company. When my table arrived and had a little damaged on the underside from transit he bent over backwards to help. As I said to him it’s when there are little glitches and treated so well that’s what makes them a really fantastic company and well worth a great review. Everything is resolved and making a further order from them with confidence!

We have ordered items of bedroom furniture, one item turned up in the incorrect finish (well its TOTALLY different to others!). This happened in September and we are still awaiting the exchange of an item, we are told not in stock till 19 January at earliest.

However, website shows it is in stock, with a 3-4 week delivery time. Have now asked for a refund and for the item to be collected - sick of looking at it.

***now received call from Lewis @ Furniture online, packaging materials are being issued for the incorrect item to be collected & refunded.

21/01/2022 - Repackaging materials supplied and safelt collected and refund received next day. All sorted - thanks

Well constructed sideboards at a fair price, delivered efficiently.

I bought a £410 solid oak TV cabinet recently, my first purchase from Furniture Plus Online. They were very prompt and the courier always updated me with my delivery. However when I received it I wasn't happy. I understand the furniture is made up of pieces of oak placed together. Unfortunately they do not use the same number of pieces so with oak's naturally colour differences you can tell if a leg is made from 2 pieces and the other is made from 3. What's worse is those individual pieces aren't the same width from top to bottom. It could be thick at the top and thinner at the bottom which is really noticeable. I reported it and they said that's the way thing just are. I disagree. If you are going to make 4 legs then use the same equal number of pieces and the overall presentation would be much better.

Updated: from the reply below I can see you have not understood my point. I said I understood the furniture was made from pieces of wood. However using a different number of pieces tells me you don't understand symmetry at all. Especially with oaks natural colour variations the sectional pieces become very apparent. To say that I as the customer am wrong saying it is noticeable is frankly insulting. With any unsatisfactory sale it is irrelevant you have 10 years+ experience selling these. On your website you make a statement on ensuring customers are satisfied. I wasn't satisfied and you offered no solution.

Delivered as agreed and on time. Lovely piece of furniture, not too big for smaller bedroom.

Happy with our purchase, it needs lights fitting ideally and pay more , that for me would make it 5 stars

Ordering the Homestyle Deluxe Solid Oak 1.8m Twin Leaf Extending Dining Table from your website was very easy. The table was delivered ahead of schedule as I was quoted 7/8 weeks but it was delivered in 5 weeks. The guys that delivered the table were very friendly and even took away the packaging. I am very pleased with the table as it oozes quality with 100% solid oak. I will definitely in future order from Furniture Plus Online again.
