I placed a order two months ago and never received it!

Disgusting company. bought a gift for the dog for Christmas and still not received, I have sent about 6 emails and no reply. Do not waste your money on this scam company.

Definite scam - they took my payment, haven’t delivered the item in over 2 months, and are non-responsive. Terrible experience.

Ordered several items and payment was taken instantly but I couldn’t trace my order details etc. and was concerned. However I finally realised that all correspondence from Furrfetch had gone into my junk email and once I verified my account the order confirmation and details began to come through via email. All items have now been received and therefore I have updated this review accordingly.

Stay away!!! I ordered from these guys and did not receive anything. They will not respond to any of my messages or emails. In the end I have had to dispute the payment with my bank fingers crossed I get my money back.

SCAM…… do not waste your money. Ordered a dogface coat for our 4 month old dog on 14th November. Says order fulfilled but no package. Looked it up and looks like it comes from china. Tried to contact them on numerous occasions but no response. Disgusting that they can just rip people off.

I purchased items totalling nearly £150 3 weeks ago. Their website says delivery 3-7 days. AfterShip doesn’t have any updates and I actually saw that the parcel was in Shanghai so it looks like the items are coming from China. I have had no responses to my emails and messages so will be contacting my credit card company and hopefully getting my money back. Worst of all, I needed these coats for my puppy and stupidly didn’t have any back ups. Disgusting to treat people this way.

UPDATE: I received my items around 4/5 weeks after ordering them. The quality of the gilets are great (I ordered the prada and north face) but the LV harness and lead are very flimsy and wouldn’t feel safe putting them on my small dog for walks incase they broke. If you consider buying from this company, be prepared to not be able to return anything, have no contact/response from them and wait a lot longer than they advise on ordering as they are coming from China.

Made an order on the 24th November, no delivery update, tried emailing, tried messaging on social media numerous of times no answer at all. Didn’t even think to read the reviews but wish I did now. Ripping people off for their hard earned money.

UPDATE: 16/12 - still no response from then directly but received a text advising item has been dispatched, provide RM tracking number but says still awaiting sender to dispatch and again no response from them directly

For all those other customers who have paid hard earned money to this company and never received their goods or even a reply from them may I suggest emailing the companies local trading standards office as I have. The more complaints they get the more serious they will take it. The companies local TS office is Bristol and their contact email can be found on line

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews and now will be doing my best to get this site closed down for sure..

No item no answer and no way to contact.. £30 gone..

Who ever owns this site and collecting Peoples hard earned cash is living off of conning people out of money..
Stay away...

UPDATE - 29th December STILL NO PACKAGE OR COMMUNICATION
Placed order on 17th November, said 3-5 working days delivery, it is now 8th December. Completely understand things can take longer than expected but I have now emailed 5 times plus messaged on Instagram and had zero response. Absolutely appalling as I spent a lot of money that I had saved up to for my new puppy with nothing to show for it, plus fear of sending back if it ever arrives and getting no refund. I now have to start doing research on how to claim money back from these con people.

After raising a complaint with my bank, I strangely received an email from FurrFetch saying my item had been dispatched. I thought that this was to stop the bank from charging back the payment, however, almost 2 months after purchase, the dog coat arrived today. I still wouldn’t buy from here again, with non existent communication and although the product is good quality, it’s tiny. I bought the coat in 2xl just so he had a bit of room, but I can’t get the thing anywhere near him. Would probably fit a Yorkshire terrier.

Ordered a coat for my dog, 3 weeks later I haven’t had anything delivered, all emails ignored and the returns email address isn’t even a live email address. I’ve messaged the page on Facebook, again ignored and so was my live chat on their website. Avoid like the plague.

I have used Furrfetch a few times and think the products are amazing, shipping can take over a week sometimes but the quality is amazing :)

I ordered a dog coat from this company on the 2nd Oct 2021 for £40 now 31 Oct 2021,and no sign of coat and no contact from furrfetch.com. I have now opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. I cannot believe with all their good feedback there is nothing on any feedback website. I would stay clear from furrfetch.com
