FRAUD & MISREPRESENTATION — $4,734 paid, no coat, no refund
I ordered a Reversible Sheared Mink Coat on January 31, 2026 for US$4,734.40, specifically because the website showed it as IN STOCK and I needed it urgently for shipment to Dubai.
Immediately after ordering, they told me it required "longer production time" — contradicting the in-stock claim. On February 3rd they asked if I could wait 2 weeks. I agreed, on the condition I received it by February 23rd. On February 9th they explicitly confirmed in writing: "No worries! Our production team is committed to finishing the item on time, and we will have it delivered before Feb 23, 2026."
Feb 23rd came and went with no delivery. The USPS tracking link they provided on Feb 18th has shown the coat stuck at the Jamaica, NY International Distribution Center ever since — never moving. Notably, for a Canadian company, the shipping label was created in Lewiston, NY — raising serious questions about their actual operations.
What followed was a series of shifting excuses:
• Feb 24: "Unforeseen circumstances" causing transit delays
• Feb 26: Blamed Trump tariffs on imports — then admitted this was wrong when I pointed out tariffs apply to imports, not exports
• Feb 26 (revised): Claimed customs is checking "all goods going in and out" — which is false; I was receiving other international packages normally throughout this period
• March 26: Now blaming "issues in the Middle East" — which began well after my February 23rd deadline
On March 1st I formally requested cancellation and a full refund, given the missed guaranteed deadline and multiple misrepresentations. They refused, saying I could "return the coat when I receive it" — despite having no idea where the coat actually is.
To summarise: they advertised a product as in stock when it wasn't, gave a written delivery guarantee they didn't honour, provided false excuses including incorrect tariff information, cannot locate the shipment, and are holding nearly $5,000 of my money with no resolution in sight.
I am pursuing a chargeback and reporting this to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this company.
