We needed a new hosting provider for our websites. Not only did we receive excellent and courteous but were offered complete migration of everything. Within a couple of hours the sites were completely migrated and working perfectly.

Very great quality and affordable hosting. The owner and the support team is very professional, kind, informative, helpful and intuitive! I'm so happy I found this company! I'm honestly surprised why they only have 11 reviews here so far. They deserve more!

Fusion Arc Hosting and its entire team under the leadership of Mr. Keenan is phenomenal and incredible. I was looking for a reliable reseller web hosting company that would help us with our domain name servers and all whm cpanel seamless migration with reasonable pricing and most importantly monthly billing. ALL of this was intantly offered and honored to us by Mr. Keenan of Fusion with first month service absolutely FREE. The entire team helped us with all our existing cpanel accounts seamless migration to our WHM/ Cpanel accounts with Fusion.
I receive instant response to our tech support tickets and get the issues resolved during our migration. Nowadays customer service has disappeared from USA but Fusion Arc Hosting is there with old tradition of customer support No:1, they truly value our business.

They are great, fast , always there if you need help

So far I've been very pleased with technical support. I recently talked to live chat about my transferred Domain not redirecting. The chat person did several things to correct my site issues and when that didn't work opened a new ticket. This was on a Sunday, but support was there and within a couple of hours the problem was corrected. Excellent!

I do have a couple of issues/suggestions for you home page:
1) As a new user my first problem encountered was finding where I could open cpanel. Even after finding it the first time I had trouble remembering where it was buried. Why not just put quick links on the home page?
2) Livechat is handy, but the link disappears after a bit. My suggestion would be to add it to the support box, which is where I expected to find it.

ALSO: it is a bit of a nuisance to have to sign in to submit a review when I've already signed in to get to the review page in the first place!

I have been with them for a year.There has been absolutely no problems. I had a couple questions on the renewals.
And the customer service was excellent and timely.
I've been with a couple other hosting platforms. And either had issues with service or the customer service aspect.
I'm happy to say this was a great choice.

I've been with Fusion Arc for about 4 months and they have been so helpful. No real problems, just had to ask how to accomplish certain things. Either Support or Chat has been excellent and very easy to understand. I couldn't ask for better service.

I had a rather difficult situation do to an error on my side, Tech Support was able to quickly resolve the issue, and remained in the chat until I verified the issue was resolved.

Had a few issues moving from my old account to this one. Mainly process issue and setting payment system. Sales and support guided me thru the setups, and we completed the necessary actions

I’m new to Fusion Arc, and ran into bandwidth issues. I upgraded to HyperHAVEN, and still ran into bandwidth issues. The response I got when asked to unlock my account so I can continue to build was completely unexpected, they informed me they had responded to many customer feedback responses, and made the plan unlimited! I have got nothing but good things to say about this hosting service. Their customer service by far outshines compared to other hosting services I’ve used. They have been very supportive, and quickly respond to support tickets I’ve submitted.
