Adam Installed a home EV charging point. On time, polite, placed exactly where needed, and well explained use of equipment.

Work was carried out systematically and quick.
Post installation was explained.
Adam was very professional and friendly.

Very good communication from my request for an earlier slot in the day which was facilitated, to the engineer’s communication the day before. Excellent advice, professional work and courteous attitude. All in all, a five star experience!

Kevin was great. Very thorough and helpful. Would recommend *****

Kevin, a technician from Fusion Gas and electric , recently installed our Ohme EV car charger, and his service was outstanding. He contacted me the day before to confirm an arrival time, which he met with impressive punctuality. Arriving on time he immediately began work. Kevin's professionalism was exceptional. He kept us informed throughout the entire installation, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. After the installation was complete, he guided us through setting up the Ohme app and configuring the charger to our preferences. We are extremely impressed with both the company and Kevin's excellent work.

Fantastic service from Kevin, very good job in little time, Went out of his way to show me stuff on the app. Lovely guy. Would definitely recommend Fusion

Kevin was helpful friendly knowledgeable and efficient. His work was of a high standard and done in a timely manner he cleaned up when he finished Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous service. Aiden has fitted a charger for me before and he remembered me, which was nice.

The cabling was done really neatly and they cleared up all the mess before leaving.

Overall I am really pleased and would highly recommend

Kevin fitted our Ohme EV car charger today and was fantastic at every step of the process. He rang the day before and gave me a time of arrival, which was extremely accurate, he turned up on the day, on time, looking smart and immediately got to work. His professionalism was second to none even fixing things from the original build of the house as it was unsafe. He explained the process step by step in a language I could understand and once installation was completed he helped me download the app and setup the charger with the typical settings someone would want. Top marks to the company and Kevin for a great job as I can't fault them

Kevin the installer was excellent, he was very helpful and went the extra mile. Well done and a great installer.

Dean made the installation process so smooth and easy. He suggested a suitable spot to install my new EV charger, and helped move my stuff in the garage to ensure a correct location was identified. He worked efficiently and cleanly and was professional and friendly. Dean was amazing and a credit to Ohme. I’ve been delighted with the whole process - but Dean was the real winner as he even helped me to set up the Ohme App!! If I could give 10 stars - I would not hesitate! Thanks Dean!!!

The 2 gentleman talked me through everything. They were kind and considerate.
Also I wouldn't even have known they were there apart from a wee bit of drilling..
Perfect people to have in your house

Matt was excellent. Neat and tidy, completing the installation exactly as hoped for and in only two hours. Thank you!

Excellent service. Efficient and effective in booking a slot the very next day by Kirsty and EV Charger installation by Kris was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Dom and team turned up on time, very friendly and did the job perfectly in the time slot stated, can’t ask for more than that

Kevin was fantastic when installing our Ohme EV charger. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Our install was relatively complex but he was able to get the extra parts he needed and come back and fit the charger on the same day!

Kris was excellent in fitting the new charger. He worked quick and efficiently and walked me through the whole installation and the app afterwards.

Brilliant work!
