I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I think other customers should know what to expect.

I waited almost a month for my order. When it didn't arrive, I contacted customer service. Instead of offering assistance, they told me that if the package was lost, they would not take any responsibility and simply offered me a 15% discount on a future order.

Two days later, the package finally arrived, but it was opened and damaged. Fortunately, the items inside were still intact. My disappointment isn't with the shipping carrier—it's with the company's customer service. Their response made it clear that if my package had actually been lost, I would have been out nearly $50 with no help from them.

A company is judged not only by the quality of its products but also by how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. I hope they reconsider their customer service policies.

Honestly, if I could leave negative stars, I would.

What is going on with my order?
It took 11 days to get a label created and sent to the carrier?
Now I have screenshots saying that the order is now sent back to sender.

This has been the single most awful experience I have ever had buying anything online or out of the country.

The last email I sent, was never responded to.
Respond to my emails. I just sent another email. I bet it doesn’t get responded to either.
What is going on with my order?
I could have bought this same Jersey on Amazon for the same price and gotten it in 2 days.
My kids got this for their father for father’s day. My husband, my children’s father, is terminally ill and was so excited because Morocco actually made it into the World Cup.

We do not know how much time he has left, or if he will even get to enjoy the jersey.

I need to know what is going on with my order or I am formally requesting a FULL refund, no fees or restocking fees like the website FQA says. AND I am going to need a receipt and proof of said refund.

This feels real scammy to me. BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE — THIS IS A SCAM.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with what I received. First of all, the sizing is completely wrong. I ordered a size Large, and what I got looks like it was made for a woman. I am a man, and this does not fit properly at all.

Second, the design is NOTHING like what was shown in the pictures. The product I received looks completely different from what was advertised. This is exactly the kind of problem that happens when a store uses misleading or fake photos and then sends something totally different.

On top of that, I waited almost THREE WEEKS for this order to arrive. After such a long wait, receiving something this bad is unacceptable.

This is by far the worst store I have ever purchased from. I will never buy from here again, and I strongly recommend that no one else does either.

It's a scam.. June 2nd.. Made purchase..June 6th..shipped with tracking.. The tracking is non existent.. Every tracking platform can't find it.Because it doesn't exist.. The customer service.. What customer service?These guys are a joke.They steal your money, they string.You along, they tell you the tracking will update. It's not going to, because it does not exist, it's a bogus tracking number. They don't reply to negative reviews. They don't reply to emails, what a bunch of scammers.. People stay away from this merchant at all costs. If it's too good to be true. It is, I just found out now.I gotta call my credit card company and get them involved to get my money back.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Do not give them your personal information. I made the mistake of ordering two pairs of boots from them. They were shipped separately - one order was “delivered” to an address across the country for some reason and the other never made it. I emailed many times about a refund and they just kept asking me to wait. The last email they asked me to wait 6 more days…. It’s been well over a month since I placed my order. SCAM!

I sent an email for a week ago and still didn't get a response to return it. I bought a size larger and it feels 2 sizes smaller.
