Future Woman is the place I’d been looking for for a good while. Their approach is relevant, appropriate and refreshing. Much needed in an overlooked topic. I did the Advanced+ test and got insights I’ve not been able to get anywhere else (not even through my GP). 100% recommend it.

I decided to test my hormones with Future Woman after turning 40 and starting to experience some monthly PMS symptoms which I hadn’t had before such as bloating, headaches and also heavy bleeding. The testing was really straightforward and within a couple of weeks I had received my test results which were explained really clearly along with my personalised nutrition and lifestyle report. I found my recommendations were realistic and I was able to implement them immediately. I was also given 3 high quality supplements to take and nearly 3 months later my PMS symptoms have all but disappeared! I’m shocked that the changes I have made have had such a quick effect and can’t thank Future Woman enough! I am looking forward to my 3 month review to help me continue having good hormone health.

I decided to do an advanced hormone test with Future Woman because after having too many sleeps less nights with my toddler I was feeling fatigued, experiencing hair loss and just feeling really off. I was happily surprised! Not only the report was very easy to understand and very thorough, the health plan was easy to implement, the supplements were right on and the nutritionist who took care of me was super friendly and informative. I felt taken care of and seen. The report also pointed to my thyroid being off and this was something my GP missed. I’m very happy with the decision and would recommend to my friends. I feel much better now after 3 months and will be scheduling another consultation to continue to take care of myself with them. They are true hormone experts!

Would highly recommend this service. I came off the pill in August 2022 and hadn’t had a period in over 6 months. My GP had ran tests which said my hormones were balanced but future woman’s test were far more helpful. They did take 2 weeks to deliver the kit but I was later compensated with a free review which I was impressed with. My practitioner was really helpful and explained all of my test results. I have been taking the supplements for just under 2 months and I have already got my period back!! I can’t thank them enough. It is a very expensive experience with the supplements as well but definitely worth it if you are struggling to balance your hormones. They really are experts in this field!! It’s so refreshing to see women’s health being understood and prioritised too

I had been surviving with no period for almost 4 months or longer on and off since I was 16. I went to many doctors, had ultrasounds and blood tests. They were unable to find what was causing the issue and just, told me to lose weight or take the pill.
At the start of the year, I saw Millie's Instagram post and her podcast episode about using this business to help, understand why her period had stopped. I made a brave choice after, having so many steps back from doctors not helping me understand what was truly happening, instead I was just diagnosed with other conditions.
Anyway, I arranged a free phone call with Francesca who made me feel heard and understood. She explained the different hormone tests and which one she would recommend. So, I brought my kit and it was so easy to do only urine and saliva samples. I was able to fit it into my schedule.
For almost 3-4 weeks, I received my results and, I felt so relieved in hearing what was causing my periods to vanish for so many years.
The plan was so clear and simple, a list of supplements to take and, advice on food to have to improve health.
I have been taking the supplements for a month now and, my period finally came back just after a month of taking them!
I can't explain how amazing it is to feel in control and, to have a group of women tell you, you should not be suffering. Having a period is so important and, this business truly helps you understand your hormones and your body which is truly wonderful.
I would 100% recommend this to every woman! :)

Future woman is brilliant, after years of feeling like I was getting nowhere with my GP I decided to do the advanced hormone test. I was amazed at how quick and easy it was to finally be able to get some long awaited answers with a very in depth report of my imbalanced hormones, everything made sense! Before reaching out to future woman I suffered immensely with lots of problems. I hadn’t had a period in 7 years and was constantly suffering with terrible cramps, bloating, and lots of digestive issues. Every time I went to the GP they didn’t take me seriously and just put me straight on the pill, which ended up making all of my symptoms worse. Then I reached out to future woman and from my very first appointment with Francesca I felt so supported and listened to, to the point I actually cried in relief after the appointment! It was the first time I actually felt as though I had an answer for everything I was going through. Futurewoman have changed my life. For years I've struggled with getting the right testing to understand what was wrong with my body. GP's have only ever focused on my BMI being too high as the cause of my problems, and losing weight being the only solution. Once I found futurewoman I did the advanced hormone test and worked with Francesca who has been nothing but supportive and incredibly helpful. The results showed why I've been struggling to lose weight, along with explaining a magnitude of other symptoms I'd be suffering with, and I now have a full comprehensive (and mostly natural) plan on how to heal this. It's been such a weight off my shoulders to fully understand what is wrong, where the issues come from and to begin to see my body heal.

Future Woman are like a breathe of fresh air! I had a consultation with them because of perimenopausal symptoms such as three-day headaches and anxiety. In the consultation I felt like I was talking to an old friend because I felt so listened to and supported. They are absolutely brimming with helpful tips and suggestions to improve your diet and your overall lifestyle. I am absolutely fascinated by what they have to say and so impressed with how knowledgeable they are. The health care plan I was given is a real game changer and I’m so excited to put all the new suggestions into action. Absolutely brilliant service and helped me enormously. The hormone test was really easy to do at home, it arrived super quick, and I found what could be a sensitive experience actually really stress free and empowering. The practitioners were great too - they clearly know their stuff and I feel like my health (and skin) has really improved.

I love Future Woman, they did a great job helping me understand my hormones after I gave birth. There aren't a lot of products on the market like this, so I was really pleased to find them.

I did the Classic test before going on HRT as I wanted to understand my baseline - the results were really interesting and it’s clear I need progesterone support (and not oestrogen which surprised me!) Easy to do the test and the report came with lots of tips on what to do next. Would recommend for anyone thinking of going on HRT.
