As soon as you’ve handed the product over to transport you’ve wiped your hands of it and left it up to me to chase delivery. Now my job has been held up and I’m having to try and organise transport.

The male sales assistant sorry can’t remember his name was very helpful and throughly explained the range of mirrors available, he certainly went out of his way and made the whole experience pleasant, he certainly is a credit to the company.

Bargain hunter
i am furnishing a house in the $5mil mark! Therefore everything go into the house have to be a good quality or at least appeal to the house value, as the same time i need to keep the cost low. i brought 10 pieces of the rectangle mirrors in 900x1200, the mirrors is heavy and have a nice finishes, very happy with the purchase.

Looks the goods!
Great price. Purchased during a sale. Pre order. Was filled exactly when it was expected. Yet to install the mirror, but it looks the goods! Effortless purchase - so far so good!

Where's the clips?
Ordered a beautiful fluted screen and the clips did not arrive. Emailed to clarify and still haven't had a reply.

The clips to the shower screen are taped to the side of the box, if you still have the box it might be worth another quick look. However, on the rare occasion they can come loose during transit.
Our customer service team has been made aware of this issue and will work with you to get some replacements out.

I had a delivery in November and the mirror was unfortunately broken upon arrival. I have emailed twice with no response for weeks to confirm what my options are. Please review my email so we can work to get a replacement.
