The CEO of Future Planning (Russ Conklin) is going around on facebook saying "fk Charlie Kirk" to people mourning his death and he's posting videos on his page being thankful of the rumor that JK Rowling has cancer. I would look elsewhere for a company that has a man of decency at its leadership.

I had my annual review with Sanjay Badhan and as usual he was polite and very patient and explained everything to me. He also took time to cover off the possibility of taking out an annuity instead of the drawdown I currently have. He didn't pressure me and will be posting the details to me to consider. I really like his manner and never doubt that he has my best interests in mind.

Called me today and I told them I was not interested and put the phone down
He then called me back and asked me if my father was alive and would he be interested
Absolutely disgusted

I had very poor service from future planning. The communication was not clear. There has been a misunderstanding over the advice I would receive at the end of the process, which has not been resolved. I will not use them for any future work.

The advice and help from Sian was excellent as always. Quick and informative responses helped us with our find the right mortgage for us. She also help to set up other things that we needed but lacked time to research. Future Planning also bring the personal touch, with a lovely moving in card. Couldn't recommend them more.

I cannot recommend the team at Furure Planning highly enough. Sanjay always shows a real interest in our lives and plans and prepares well for our meetings with him. He gave me the confidence to retire early and saved us more in tax than we paid in fees.
His knowledge of finance is very broad, for example he understands the NHS pension rules for GPs, which are unique. He presents his suggestions with clear graphics and always allows us to feel we have made the right decisions each year.
The team at Future Planning couldn’t be more helpful and professional.
We don’t have a massive portfolio of savings but we are always left feeling better off at the end of our meetings than we did before!

After being recommended to Future Planning, we made an appointment to see Sanjay to discuss our pensions and investments and can honestly say we haven’t looked back since.

Both my husband and I had several pensions, along with other investments and property and needed help with planning for our retirement.

Our initial appointment lasted two hours in which time Sanjay got know us and to hear about what our plans for the future regarding retirement was.

After gathering all the information Sanjay came up with an excellent plan which he described in detail and explained this for us in a way we both understood as we have no experience in this field. This certainly made us feel at ease, especially when we were told we were financially sound and we could retire with no worries which in due course we did.

Sanjay, Sam and all the team are very professional and at all times have our best interests in mind.

We have an annual meeting now things are all sorted and if we need to speak to Sanjay in the meantime it is never an issue, we can always speak to him face to face or over a teams meeting.

We would definitely recommend Future Planning to anyone seeking professional advise from an outstanding team.

Thank you Future Planning, we wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

First and foremost it`s the people they are so helpful. Sanjay. Sam who has to put up with me as i am a computer ignoramus, and Eddy. They go above and beyond what i was expecting and are so friendly. I can phone up with question and it will be dealt with no hsssle and if it cant be dealt with at the time Sam or Eddy or indeed Sanjay will phone me back with an answer. So i cant praise them highly enough.

Sian is so knowledgeable and patient and takes time to help me understand all the bits I don't and I have used her now for years and will continue to do so. She really is lovely and quick to respond by email or phone.

Sian Hewson gave us an excellent service and got us exactly the deal we asked for, even when our 3 mortgages were agreed she was always available to chase on our behalf when solicitors acting for the mortgage company were dragging their feet and in our opinion gave us a first class service and we wouldn't hesitate to use sian and future planning in our future mortgage dealings.

Once again, Sian has been outstanding. She guided me through the minefield of Mortgages last year and reached out to me recently to discuss a better deal as interest rates are increasing. Within minutes we had an agreement for a new rate, which will not only save me money each month but also give me peace of mind. Top marks for Sian once again!
