Good company and very good service

The part I ordered functions just as it should and is indeed an original samsung piece. The item was dispatched quickly and arrived safely in a timely manner.

After dealing with several other companies that continued to send the wrong version of a Samsung phone part, this company sent exactly the right part that they advertised and it arrived next day - problem solved. Brilliant service - thankyou.

Perfect and original display ...but sad experience

Sad, the EU VAT and import duties were not prepaid using the IOSS (Eu Import One-Stop Shop).

That is too bad because, I was charged 38€, of which 19€ of administration fee, before getting the order.
I have paid immediately the fee, but for some reason the shipment remained blocked in the customs office for no reason during 8 day's, until I have issued a claim to release the shipment.
Order 25/11/2025, delivery 10/12/2025 for the repair of a Samsung smartphone that needs to go to Brisbane, Australia.

Other than that good communication and perfect original Samsung AMOLED display.

re: My Sharp GX30 mobile phone. Apparently, like hen's teeth, but Futurtek were able to supply me with a GENUINE Sharp replacement Travel Charger for just £1.

Of course, in the Real World, that was increased by VAT and GPO's Special Next Day Delivery charge, however, I regard the total charge - of less than £10 - as representing excellent value and am delighted by Futurtek's prompt service.

Helpful Customer Service, flex board delivered on time and well packed. Only issue is the charger port flex doesn't seem to accept fast charging on my a52 phone.
