Website leads you to believe it is a US based website. Got sent a fake Jelly cat from China

Can’t even track my order and the site doesn’t work. Not sure how to contact them or request a refund as order hasn’t arrived.

I ordered from Fuzzy Friends recently and, I’ll be honest, I was really worried after placing my order because I read some negative reviews online and thought I might have been scammed. However, I was pleasantly surprised!

My Jellycat arrived in 6 days, and it was completely authentic, still in the Jellycat packaging. They even included a free Jellycat gift, which I wasn’t expecting at all.

The only issue I had was that the tracking wouldn’t update the day before delivery, which added to my nerves, but in the end everything arrived safely and exactly as described.

Overall, I’m really happy with my order and relieved that my experience turned out to be a positive one. 💛

I ordered some stairs for home for my bed for my frenchie who has a bad spine. I enquired over the course of 5 weeks where my order was. No reply so when I asked for a refund they kept saying someone will get back to me and then they would refund 10% when it arrives. I have insisted on receiving a refund but nothing. I do not believe I will receive the product or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

jellycats sent are fake

URL on website has spelling error. Ordered and asked for a refund immediately. Refused. Appears fraudulent. Ordered Jellycat. Can’t find any store front. Fake.

Fuzzy Friends gift shop's website make you believe you're ordering from US genuine Jellycat products. Today, I received two plushes in cheap envelope (!!!) from China. Needless to say I found out that I ordered fake Jellycat, poorly made at the price of original ones. (On original site there was no available item at the moment-reason I ordered it from FF.)

Beware of this site- It sells fake Jellycats- they are imported from China. No one monitors their customer service email address- Total fraud.
