I place an order and choose same day delivery. but on 4.40pm, the gh store staff contact me and inform the order I make is out of stock.I already make payment, and need to use on same day and now I need to wait for them to contact warehouse for the stock and wait again if there any left. it won't happen if they update and check their website. poor services. they just gv me rm15 coupon voucher as replace for same day delivery courier. is it worth with the waiting period?

It was very fast and easy process. I am afraid the process might take longer because of it was midnight when I purchased the coupon. But the email was received immediately.

Just slight comment on physical shop purchasing. HQ or CS need to be able to pre-book physical games at outlets. This way, customers may book and pay in-advance those physical games and just come to respective outlet to collect.

First time purchase game at GH, have, feel a little bit bad because have many technical problem. The item I purchased is digital code in buy 1 free 1, when make payment this item have shipping options, luckily I have ask cs which options should I choose and they found out the item have shouldn't have shipping options and fix it. After successful purchase the item I just received one code, contact the Cs they reply me this is technical problem and next day I received the code.

Seriously the best customer service ive even expereinced from any shop online and in store.

Scam posting ads with buy 1 free 1 game code, not even replying message for it

I always visit GH stores in Klang Valley, mostly Sunway Pyramid and Mid Valley. I also follow their FB page, webstore and Shopee store. The only thing(s) with GH is that they always not synchronize with each others. For example: branch staff doesn't aware news that was announced in their FB page. Other example: a pre-ordered game can be paid in full from webstore but deposit only in Shopee. Yet another example: staff from chat said that game comes with R1 (US) region tag but actually R3 (asia).

Overall I still give 5 stars due to their frequent promotions, very competitive price, worthy promo codes, trade-in offers and of course their memes in FB posts.
