ordered November 28th 2025 have not received anything. very poor communication . like refund or watch

Save your money and your time. I ordered a watch in November 26, nothing arrived, no communication. Emailed them several times and they come back once to say there had been a delay. Needless to say no watch and no communication. I ended update escalating via PayPal and PayPal refunded. To be clear G Tune did not acknowledge the problem nor give the refund themselves. Do not buy from these people

I am writing regarding my order of two watches purchased in December 2025. Since the purchase, I have repeatedly been told that the order was “in process,” then later informed it had shipped incorrectly. Despite these updates, I have never received the items.
I also requested a refund, but I have not received the refund nor any further communication from your company. At this point, the lack of delivery and lack of response are extremely concerning.
Based on my experience, I feel compelled to warn others to not buy any products from this company.
I expect either my order to be delivered immediately or a full refund to be issued without further delay.

I ordered my first G-Shock mod from G-TUNE 3 months ago and loved it so much that I had to go back for a second one. This time, I designed a custom premium version myself, and it’s already the favorite in my collection. The quality is insane for the price point, and getting 10% off the second order makes it an unbeatable deal. 100% worth the money and the wait!

At first I didn't know what to expect, but I was really impressed. I bought this watch for my boyfriend's bIrthday, and he absolutely loved it. The watch looks clean and well made, and it feels great on the wrist. The quality is solid, just like I expect and he said that the strap stays comfortable even after wearing it all day.

Customer service replied quickly and was helpful the whole time. The order arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I also like that you can create your own custom design if you want something different.

Overall, it feels like great value for the price and a nicer version of the other regular G-Shock that my boyfriend had.

My order was originally lost in the mail. But after I posted a bad review here on Trustpilot, they contacted me instantly and resent my order - it now arrived and works absolutely fine.

Never received my watch I ordered in September of 2025, it is now February of 2026.

It did take a while to get. But it is a beautiful watch well worth the price. Whenever I emailed them for an update they were prompt and polite. Have had no issue with the watch and have been wearing it for 4 months now.

G-Tune is a scam. I ordered a watch on 11/30/2025 and they claimed to have problems with some order that got delayed. I assume an order from G-Shock. I had to email them several time, they said my order would be fulfilled, but I got tired of waiting so I asked for a refund. They said the order would be cancelled but I didn't get the refund. There are many other reviews on here like mine so G-Tune must be a scam.

Very high quality for the money. I recommend.

I have had G-shocks in the past, but they were not custom. I found G-Tune and absolutely had to order two of them. One black w/ orange band and one Silver/blue with white band for the summer. Received the black and orange and absolutely love it. I am a watch guy and have some higher end purchases, but I find myself wearing my G-Tune mostly for day to day. So damn sharp.

Terrible company, slow shipping, and most of all shipped me a defective watch - the light doesnt work at all. When inquiring about this, they did not address the issue and then stopped responding to me. TERRIBLE COMPANY, avoid at all costs!

I'm still waiting for two orders I placed at the beginning of December. I asked for my orders to be delivered or a refund. I've received nothing.

Watch has never shown up. Keep getting shipping excuses

Scam.. Sends a cheaper and incorrectly modified watch for profit.

Golpe... Envia um relógio mais barato e modificado incorretamente para obter lucro.

I still dont have the watch. Many explanations but the watch was never delivered i had to request a refund through my credit card.
