Excellent experience with G2 Computer Care

I had an excellent experience with this service. As an older woman with limited computer skills, I truly appreciate how patient and easy he is to understand. Gary walked me through the entire process. He talks the time to explain everything clearly and allow me to not feel rushed or overwhelmed. It gives me a lot of confidence, knowing I could ask any questions. And get honestly and simple answers. I would highly recommend Gary’s services to anyone, especially those who are not very comfortable with technology.

Great customer service and responsiveness

Gary helped me with a difficult email/server issue. He also helped me with outdate software. He continued to check back to make sure everything was resolved.

Make that a 10-Star experience!

I would have made it a 10-Star experience if that had been an option. Gary is the real deal. I recently called him after spending far too much time trying to resolve a problem on my own. The problem wasn’t terribly serious, but the frustration I felt after numerous “try this” attempts on my own was maddening. I called Gary! He responded quickly, had me a complete system backup (very smart) and asked me to call him as soon as it finished. With little effort on my part, Gary completed his troubleshooting, helped me clean up a few unnecessary files (unrelated to the problem I had called about), and thanked me for calling G2. Every time I call Gary for help, I’m satisfied that I made the right choice!!
