the company scammed me for my windows 10 pro c-d key and tried to say i used it when i had screen shots of it not working

UPDATE 12/03/2022:

They wiped clean my purchase history from a few years back, so I can't find the keys I bought anymore.

Great! I got the keys I wanted, at great prices!

They sell used licenses.

My experience is with WINDOWS 10 PRO and OFFICE 2019 PRO PLUS, license cannot be activated and microsoft says product keys are already activated in another computer.

At first g2deal support will tell you to uninstall/install endlessly and as soon as you say that you contacted microsft and the licenses are counterfeit, they stop replying you.

You will never get a refund or usable product keys

I have mixed feelings of this company or few people I think who operate it. I bought a few Microsoft office professional plus 2016 keys in 2018 and they worked so I bought a windows 10 pro key and that worked to. So fast forward to the end of 2019 and early 2020 it has been nothing but disappointment with them. The customer support was absent completely from the end of December 2019 until early February 2020. The support chat link did not work for 2 months. Fortunately my payment was flagged by my provider however when g2deal added Paypal as a payment method, making a payment worked 1st time and I gave buying office for Mac a try for about 40 American dollars. It was disappointing because it did not worked and said when I tried to activate office that the serial was for a different version of office.. I wanted to order kaspersky products but am afraid to give them another chance as the most important thing to me aside from product working would be customer support and there’s is awful and or non existent for days to weeks. Use caution if you do order as you may or may not get what you paid for.

clé windows 10 ne fonctionne pas. Pas de réponse du SAV après un mois d'attente

Vend une clé d'activation invalide, après demande par e-mail d'une nouvelle clé ou d'un remboursement. Voici la réponse du service client :

"hi,for tech reasons,if you dont use the key for a long time or reinstall your pc , the key maybe invalid.

G2Deal team."

Puis silence radio après ce mail. Donc si j'ai bien compris ils vendent du vent ? Même à ce prix là c'est un peu cher.

J'ai acheté 10 licences office 2016 en octobre , l'installation a bien fonctionné. En revanche, lorsque j'ai voulu réinstaller sur les meme machine pour cause de virus, impossible d'activer, et surtout, aucune réponse par email ni par chat, silence radio total. jai envoyé plus de 8 mails pas de réponse

It's a scam. I purchased a key from this website and it was already used. I tried to get my money refunded but they never responded.

Horrible.

I paid and I received a wrong serial. I wrote them countless times and they didn't bother to answer me.I did not recover my money.

J'ai recu un mail d'attente pour verification du paiement, jamais les codes
De plus la commande a disparu du compte.
Aucun reponse a ma reclamation
Du coup c'est une arnaque et c'est etonnant que la note soit encore si bonne avec autant d'avis negatifs comme le mien

Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai acheté une clé d'activation Windows 10 Home en tant qu'invité (je n'ai pas créé de compte). Compte bancaire débité immédiatement, mail rapide signalant que des contrôles seront effectués avant envoi. Puis plus rien, aucune réponse au mails successifs.
Arnaque absolue !

J'ai acheté une licence office 2016 en septembre, l'installation a bien fonctionné. Donc OK c'est pas cher, mais sûrement très limite...

Key worked perfectly, I had to get one becuase I reset my computer without making sure my key was attached to my account. Fast service and reliable!

J ' ai commandé une clé d' activation pour Windows 10 Home chez G2Deal en tant qu' inviter. J'ai bien reçu le mail de confirmation (tout en anglais.Donc il faut tout traduire) de ma commande en précisant que ma commande été en attente de traitement pour des vérifications de sécurité au niveau du règlement fait par CB, ce que je peux comprendre. Le problème c'est que la vérification a du être faite car dans les 2 jours qui on suivi, le retrait du montant de la commande a été effectué sur mon compte bancaire avec en plus quelques centimes euros pour frais de transaction et depuis bientôt au moins 3 semaines je n'ai jamais rien reçu. Merci G2Deal

Scam site, key didn’t work and they did not reply to email

To start things off i do believe many of the reviews on here are bots but i can guarantee to you that i am not a bot.I want to give 5 stars but i cant since the first key i got didnt work and i had to go through a lengthy process to get another one so i take 2 stars for that but i give one back for the quality of the support and how quickly they responded
