Read the unprofessional response to my review and make your own decisions as to wether this company is suited to your needs. My review is 100% genuine so obviously their record keeping is also bad or none exsistant. I think the staff response in the reply gives further evidence backing up my concerns regarding attitude.
I didn't go ahead and book a session in the end as the gentleman I spoke to seemed very unknowledgeable about breathwork. He had almost an aggressive tone when I tried to find out more about his training and expertise.
Following your reply I am also unsure as to how you could say no one at your organisation spoke to me when you have checked none of my details. I most definitely did speak with a gentleman called Mark and wasn't happy with his knowledge or attitude. Maybe you should look into that further instead of saying it didn't happen.

Our recorded keeping is fine and the rest of our happy customers are ok with the data we hold on them itâs ashame we hold nothing On you because it seems like you need alot of work doing on your personal self to be wasting your energy and days with making up nonsense you still have to forward your details as requested by this platform but we at g2g will not hold our breath on waiting for your details as no Janet exist on our data base but the universe will unveil all enjoy your out come have a good 2026
I have spoke with all of my team and if your name is actually Janet we have had no such correspondence with anyone called Janet
I am the owner and founder of G2G and I can honestly say no one at my company has spoken with you ! Also all breath work and teachings are to the highest standard as all videos and classes show let me know the exact phone number and or emails used to correspond with the team as all calls and emails are logged ! So if you have had correspondence with Mark which is very unlikely it will be on the log for the last 90 days
We have no one on our files called Janet so maybe this is not your name or maybe you are misleading this platform which ever it is you never had correspondence with my team or myself
So here is what I will do now as the owner and professional here I will send this conversation and my concerns to trust pilot ok and why have you still not provided your details as requested trust pilot gives you 2 more days to do this I trust you can supply them so my company and trust pilot can investigate your claims further but right now no Janet exists on my system which is professionally kept for every correspondence phone or email or whatâs app so letâs see which one of these avenues you claim to use so I will not waste anymore time on invisible claims if you supply the information and exact time dates and avenue of your speaking to us which again I think you will find impossible to do but hey itâs new year so Iâm up for seeing miracles
