So from a customer services point of view, my experience has been the most excellent customer care I have ever encountered. From first contact with my small issue with my new super auto bean to cup coffee machine, to the choice of solutions offered was a complete surprise and surpassed expectations. I would highly recommend Gaggia UK direct. Raj, Katie, David and Tony were all helpful and knowledgeable.
My Gaggia Cadorna Prestige makes fantastic coffee, and with a little effort and care keeping the milk froth system clean, along with following the cleaning and maintenance as stated in the manual, I believe will continue to do so for a long time.

Absolutely flawless customer service by Gaggia uk staff! My 20 year old Gaggia had started to develop intermittent faults, despite regular servicing, and we thought it was time to treat ourselves to a new, upgraded model. Both Nick and Danny took time to answer all my questions honestly, and with no hard sell, and when I eventually decided on a model , (a Gaggia Classic with brass boiler), a generous discount was put in place , _ a bit of a loyalty bonus, I believe.
The machine was despatched immediately, and arrived before 12 the following day.
Of course I had to unbox and test it immediately, and I can honestly say that the first Espressos produced were the best I had ever made, and a lot better than some high street chain efforts.
Full marks to this company for always being willing to help, and to allow the customer to speak to a knowledgable human ( I have even spoken to the Superstar Boss, Mr Beadle!🌟🤗).
Now intending to send in my old Gaggia Classic for a bit of an overhaul, so that we have a stand-in when the New Machine goes in for its service!

Not again?
Not again?! Yes again! Yet again Gaggia direct have responded rapidly, in a friendly but professional manner. They have been offering technical help really easily. Twice I have zoomed in and got through easily both times and both, sorting the issue there and then. Through no fault of their own, twice have I also had to return one (of the three Gaggia machines from them). It has cost me absolutely nothing in cash and hardly anytime. No annoying waits on phone, no annoying 'we will be in touch' just stratight through to boss or workshop. They did it all with speed, grace and efficacy. Big Up Bossman Raj and Danny on the zoomdesk. Why can't just a few other companies be like this? Gaggia Direct are in a league of their own. GRAZIE LOVES
Very impressed by the customer service
Very impressed by the customer service: there is a free online videochat service where they'll advise on cleaning and maintenance. I've been connected to Danny today and he was really kind, helpful and even gave me useful extra tips for coffeemaking.

Outstanding customer service
I am the proud owner of a Gaggia Brera which developed a technical fault. I emailed the company and received an immediate response from Raj who invited me to connect on Zoom and speak to one of their engineers. I’ve just spoken with Danny who was extremely professional and able to resolve my problem within seconds. I really love my Brera and am so grateful for the advice and support received from Danny who is a real credit to the company.
Great after sales and customer service
I had an issue with a broken part (wear and tear, the machine is awesome) and got in touch expecting to buy a replacement.
Danny explained that the machine was still under warranty and would mail the part to me.
This is the 3rd time I've contacted the customer support for help and assistance (the first two around issues that the machine had due to some maintenance being missed by me) and they have been brilliant each time, patiently explaining to me what I needed to do to successfully resolve the issue. These guys really do know their stuff and my next machine will likely be a Gaggia simply because the machines are great and the service is even better.

Amazing customer service . I submitted a technical query regarding one of their machines at 2pm . 40 minutes later got an email inviting me onto a zoom call where managing director Raj talked me through a resolution to the problem . Problem solved !! Can’t beat that for service !!

I had a question regarding my machine I bought 20 months ago. The guys dealt with me by video link and they were amazing. They very quickly found the problem and the machine is now working again. They were extremely polite and helpful.
Great help from Engineer on Zoom
Great service and amazing to be able to speak to an Engineer on Zoom and show them the problem. Raj was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave advice and sent links to further information and places to buy spare parts.
Because of his help I was able to buy a new pump and our coffee machine is back working again!
Perfect service
I had an issue with my 21 year old Gaggia machine. I used the zoom facility and follow up messaging which resolved the issue quickly. It's hard to find such prompt and effective service these days, but David and the team at Gaggia excelled, my thanks and appreciation to them.

Bought the Anima (after 10 happy years with De'longhi) because we wanted a slimmer machine. Had a small issue with initial priming of the machine, rang for help and was told to go on zoom for an engineer. Went on zoom but found my web cam wasn't working and was told they can't help without being able to see the machine. I was not impressed especially when I later realised it was just the water container not pushed in far enough. Decided to fit a water filter 3 days later and again an issue. A totally different and exceptional experience with Danny on zoom, even though my webcam was still not working. Danny patiently listened to my descriptions of the screen icon and eventually worked out the issue. He has totally restored my confidence in Gaggia's after sales customer support. Thank you!
