I’ve emailed twice , and sent 6 WhatsApp messages

My account says “unfulfilled” for the order..

I realize Covid happened... but I. Have received all sorts of other orders from around the world in the last 5 months

I would like to be informed with what is going on with my order, this is very bad communication

I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on April 11th. It is now June 2 and I have not received my order. I have emailed them multiple times to check on my order. About 2 weeks ago I was informed that they had lost my order and would ship another product to me. They have not provided me with a tracking number so I have no idea if it was shipped or when it is expected to arrive. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed in their service.

Perfect supplier! Perfect goods! I placed orders two times. Both experiences are successful. I recommend👍

very bad do not buy from this company I have not received my canvas print and they are not helping me.Now they are ignoring my emails I either want my canvas or my money back.I have rang Trading standards

we needed artwork for new house, ordered 3 piece canvas ready to hang. paid for expedited shipment. not only did not show up in time, it came rolled up not framed.
Now.. the artwork is beautiful and they claim they are sending new framed ones, so we will see.

Purchase came well before expected and looks just as pictured.

I placed my order in August and still haven't received my parcel.. why should I rate the product ??

Love the product but had to wait 5 weeks to get it but am pleased with purchase

the product quality is terrible. I have asked for a return and requested the return address and I am still waiting for a response. Very disappointed./

Tape around ths box doesnt class as packaging all damaged and squashed

“Getting it ready - packed for picking up” this has the the status of my order for the last 7 weeks. Will never order from Gaia stock again. Really disappointing.

Time taken from ordering online to the item being ready to ship has taken far too long.

Excellent customer service and the product quality is amazing! look so nice on my living room wall :-)
