We’re really sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Your order was delivered within 4 working days, which is within our normal delivery timeframe in Ireland. During that week, we were in the process of switching couriers, which caused an issue with some tracking links not updating correctly. This was identified and resolved quickly, but we understand how that added to the confusion.

In terms of communication, your emails came through on Thursday evening and Friday morning. As a small team, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but there can occasionally be a short delay, especially during busy periods. That said, we always aim to get back to everyone as soon as we can and we absolutely take this feedback on board.

We genuinely care about our customers and their experience so this is disappointing to hear that this was yours.

This is honestly quite sad to read. It’s really disappointing that someone would come for a small Irish business like this - especially from an anonymous account, without ever having placed an order or contacted us directly.

Like most products in this category, manufacturing is done through established global partners. What matters, and what our customers are actually buying, is everything built around that: the quality of our filter ingredients, the level of filtration we stand over and the support we provide before and after purchase.

The Gaia shower filter has been carefully selected and refined based on real customer results. Not just sourced and resold. That’s why we have thousands of customers who consistently see improvements in their hair and skin.

We’re always open to genuine feedback or questions, but this doesn’t reflect the reality of our product or our business.

Iron build-up in hard water can really affect hair colour - especially those brassy tones, so it’s brilliant to hear that after a month with the Gaia shower filter, your hair feels softer and the colour has balanced out.
