I am grateful to have found Ryan
I am grateful to have found Ryan. He was the Project Manager and builder for my latest refurb and I have no complains (which is hard in this industry!!) I live 200+ miles away from the project but Ryan managed the project excellently with complete professionalism.
I now use Green Property Group and Ryan as my lettings agent and have no complaints. I have full trust in Ryan's capabilities, execution and desire to please his clients. I actively connect Ryan with other property investors.
Ryan is now a trusted member of my Property investment business and I look forward to the next refurb project with him!

Ryan, and Green Property Group, helped me through the process of renting a property with complete professionalism.
They were always on hand to answer all my questions (no matter how small or silly!) and would respond to my emails very quickly.
I would always check with the estate agent first going forward, as they made the whole process a breeze, unlike other agents I dealt with in the past, Ryan actually gives you the care you need, and is always genuinely happy to help.

Great job on a HMO conversion
I’ve just finished a HMO conversion project with Green Property Group and I could not recommend them highly enough. I was looking for a company to manage the whole project with great communication and complete transparency throughout which they delivered on and the quality of the final build is great too. I look forward to working with them again.
