Ordered a lightbox just the light box and over the course of 4 months id get no response and when I did I got anything automated message saying supply is low still being made and excuses of oversea issues i dont care about any of that it promised quick easy shipping. This place is a scam dont order online they will take a year to get you your product. I've talked with people at conventions aswell if they dont have it in person dont buy it.

This vendor is low quality. I found them at a convention, and I ended up ordering from them online on September 3rd.

It is now September 29th, and the order is still not being processed.

When I reached out to them to follow up on my order, they responded by essentially saying "sorry, we are busy."

I am going to be requesting a refund through my bank as they haven't replied to my requests to cancel the order and offer a refund.

Bought a light frame box from them back in December 2024, asked for multiple updates on my order throughout the months and it kept getting pushed back and finally at the end of June I finally had enough and got refunded. Do not purchase from this business unless you wanna wait a whole year just for a frame.

Ordered a lightbox frame from thier booth at my local comicon 1 year ago. Still no product. Keep being told there is a supply issue...for over a year...c'mon! Will be visiting thier booth again this comicon to have a word. Don't give this company a single dime.

Ordered a picture frame at the end of December for 300 dollars,it's March 28th..still haven't received..I emailed them yesterday and got no answer🙄be careful.Will be hiring an attorney Monday if this isn't resolved,I'm concerned because my daughter also ordered from them..400 worth of merchandise she hasn't received yet either..attorney will be contacted asap.

Exactly what everyone is experiencing, no RGB lightbox bought in the ComiCon in Puerto Rico 1 year ago, and now they don't even reply my emails. Have sent multiple times emails to Betty and now I'm not receiving any replies.

First off the artwork is very nice but beware buying the lightbox frame. It has been a complete and utter nightmare for me from start to finish. Purchased in February of 24 and was first told by the people working the convention that it would be a few weeks to a month, expecting it probably no later than April. Day came and went and eventually May came before I reached out. They said they were experiencing supply issues which originally I thought was fair all things considered; they informed me I'd receive it sometime in August and September. Day came and went and after going back and forth with gallery panda, being assured that my order was taking priority and that I would have it by 'x' date, I finally gave up and asked for a refund in JANUARY, almost nearly a year after I ordered the frame. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from these guys; your money loses value as you wait for delivery only for you to be constantly given the run around. Honestly, if you do not have the supply to meet demand, you shouldn't be advertising an "expect by" date. AND, as if to make matters worse, their customer service is only reachable by email; I find that indicative of the fact that experiences like mine are apparently more than uncommon with this place.

I bought some of their art and a lightframe at a convention in July. The artwork is fine but the frame was a preorder meant to be delivered at the end of August. They never informed me of a delay and I had to reach out and they pushed to the end of October. I reached out at the end of Novemeber and then they told me at the end of January.

I had to follow up with them twice in November to get an answer about the next delay. I asked them to cancel the order and get a refund and it's been almost a month since then and still no refund.

Extrememly dissapointing service. I've had to let my bank know about this to dispute the charges.

I ordered a light frame at Philly Fan Expo back in May. The merchant who I ordered it from said it may take 3 weeks. However come June I still hadn't received my product. I contacted customer service and they said there were delays and to expect it in August. August comes... no light frame. Now they are saying October. GUESS WHAT. October comes NO LIGHT FRAME. I say I want a refund, they say it will come December. I say I want a refund or I will issue a chargeback. NO RESPONSE.

Scam company!!! Please please please do no purchase from them! I didn't realize this at the time, but SO many people have had these issues with them. You can see reviews online, especially Reddit. Stay away!

This artwork is gorgeous! I was so impressed by the quality. They are much larger than I expected, which was such a pleasant surprise!

Amazing Artwork

my friends and i picked up 12 pieces from MCM London. Only downside was the lack of supply there, and some work displayed didn't have any copies to sell (Crazy IK), but I guess when the artwork is that good the demand is high!

I recently purchased some wall art, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way, i also bought an RGB Frame at a Comic con along with the Acrylic artwork. I Was able to have the artist sign as he was on site🙌🏻Love the art and how certain elements pop depending on the color. Showed it to co-workers who now want one also.😊

I bought a piece of artwork from MCM Comic Con Birmingham in the UK on 2nd December 2023. The next day I hung the artwork on the wall using large Command strips as recommended by Gallerypanda.

On 24th December 2023, the artwork fell off the wall and when I went to put fresh Command strips on, the artwork itself came off with the first strip.

I complained to Gallerypanda and they came back to me quickly on 26th December 2023 offering a free replacement but I’d have to pay shipping.

This seemed a reasonable solution until I realised Gallerypanda are based in the US and the shipping was coming out almost as expensive as the artwork itself.

To conclude, I spent £60 for the pleasure of displaying artwork for 3 weeks.
