Slow delivery and spelling mistake on coaster

Ordered 8 Feb and paid for priority despatch. Received email 9 Feb to say item had been despatched. Item finally delivered 21 Feb. Complained about having paid extra for priority despatch and was refunded £1. Liverpool is spelt ‘Liverpoo’ on one coaster so not impressed and wish I’d never bothered. Two stars as the slate is otherwise ok but spoilt by the mistake
