Really great on there services for windows vps services, i dont usually post but they are great at what they do. appreciate the services thanks again.

Awfull experience 0 support at all everything seems nice until you pay they are really quick to take your money but once you actually need help nobody is here to do so. They will try to get more money out of you by selling “extra support” I will be asking for a refund with Paypal as soon as im recieving the cancellation number, hopefully i will get one. Next time i will look at reviews before doing a purchase. Be carefull

Been over 24 hours for this server to come up, no response for the ticket despite saying they should take less than that. Discord is useless, its just 2 channels with a 1 hour slow timer and no visible history that no one answers. Absolutely no information to be had about what you just dropped a bunch of money on. Everything just says pending. I would say its the worst customer support I've ever seen but that would imply that I had been able to see any evidence it existed at all.

the worst ever server went down about 3 weeks ago made the ticket and no reply the server ended up coming back up on its own. Now this fri again server down made the ticket pmed with a admin wrote on facebook and server still down no way to contact them no one reply's do not use your money here

I've tried to get in contact with the staff twice now. Once to upgrade the server- which took 5 days, and ended in me refunding it due to the lack of interest from their side.
And the last time I contacted them was when the server went offline, and with no way of me personally being able to get it back online. After contacting the support, I have been waiting for at least two days. With zero updates nor any working server.

Abbiamo comprato questa VPS per il nostro server di FiveM.. Ma visto che ricevevamo troppi attacchi DoS ci hanno obbligato a comprare una protezione per 25€ in più, quando nemmeno c'era scritto che potevano farlo.

Friendly staff. A few issues but everything went great.

for Ms flight simulator game. it made me download for charges. but never produced activation key!!! cheater!! and no where to complain

I have not seen this dissatisfaction in any other place. You waited for 1 day for the VPS.

I was a little bit worried about renting through them after reading some of the reviews I read on here, but after biting the bullet and just going for it I am more than pleased. I was able to access my server immediately (Ubuntu as I am not really trying to run a game server and I have more experience with it). There was a small hiccup right after I paid for it, but that was a fault on my end and not theirs. In fact, I messaged the live help on their site about it and my issue was dealt with immediately. I will update this if something happens down the line, but right now I am more than pleased. This is going to be more than adequate for my purposes, and the prices really just can't be beat. Thanks again!

Very nice VPN service the time from buying the VPS till full access to the RDP is around 10 minutes. The Server NEVER went offline running for 3 months now.

I wish you guys improved support with a live chat (discord works, but should hire more people) and faster respond time. The support itself is good and helpfull tho!

Would recommend.

Very Shady Business... If u are looking for a VPS or DEDI DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Because it lags like hell and stated it provides 99% uptime isn't true 3.7Ghz U will only get 2.2 Ghz.. Its also slow on response almost takes a week to respond to your tickets

Quick install but horrible services.A lot of lag in game and, the panel is really bad and not working.

Ordered a VPS including Windows 2016 Standard 2 Core 3.7 Ghz, 3 GB RAM , 30 GB Drive -- Slowest VPS I have ever used. Complete crap. Took longer than 24 hours to setup VPS, and magically appeared once I submitted a support ticket. Would not recommend.

Edit: Stop lying. I am not continuing to use your service. I stopped using the day I made this review. Not to mention, look how long it took for you to respond to a bad review. That's terrible.

Needs to work on there customer service. Vps advertised as instant setup have been waiting 10+ hours for pending to change, taking my business elsewhere as i don't have time to wait days to get a problem resolved.

Pretty unresponsive to my inquiries. I also couldn't use tmodloader on my Terraria server even though I tried installing both variants of tmodloader on the mods page. No refund for early cancellation.

Deserves 0 stars. This is a terrible service that doesn't work, "support" never replies, very shady business practices, never provides a refund.
Never use them for game hosting unless you want to get scammed.
