I initially left a 1 star review but since posing I have been notified by royal mail that they have received this item
So looks like it will be here for Christmas after all!

Ordered a game console that I saw all over social media. It hasn't arrived 15 days later, paid shipping protection. Probably all a scam, wish I read reviews... no customer service, will go through my bank to try get the money back.

GAME HUB IS THE WORST, Cloud GG were the best i hate gamehub with there overpriced crap. there such a greedy organization. nobody is going to buy there dumb plans. im actually praying on there downfall. i dont know what jensen was thinking partnering with these retarted people.they genuinely think there cool and it suprises me. Its not worth switching to them im just going to save up for a pc.like what happened to the 1hr FREE gaming sessions. with unlimited amount of time a month. Cloud gg should make there own platform to play forntite. and also my fornite account is gone because the email used for the acc dosent work anymore and my epic account wont let me change it without signing in and the only way i had access to the account was through Cloud gg G please help get my acc is Moyata Playz.

Scam. I purchased geforce now and IT SAYS "Skip the queue in the first 50 hours." BIG SCAM. I waited almost everytime i want to play, and they said its because its priority, no skip the queue

I am not sure if it is as mwuch as Game Hub itself or the game developers themselves. I have been an avid UNO player. Whomever the developer of this App is a con. This game "freezes" to much, especially when you are at the end of the game. This delay has on several occasions has cost me to lose excessive amount of point. They say cards are random, if that is the case, I played 15 games straight and out of those 15 games I got one Draw 4. In all of the other 14 games all of my opponents had 2 or 3 draw fours. What I have noticed is when you attain a certain amount of point, the game starts having issues, so that you will be forced to pay for coins to continue. This is not good at all.

i couldn't login into the account because appernetlly all 2fa codes (including the spare one) didnt work
so of course i contacted the support and yeah let me just say its an absolut joke they refuse to give me any type of support apperntlly because of warrenty XD
so basiclly i spend 25 euros for nothing and 85+ h of gameplay are gone

This wretched site interrupts my Words with Friends and I can get out of it without shutting off my phone. It is so irritating and the games are ridiculous. It is unprofessional. The games are silly and infantile.

Account took 4 days to deliver instead of the advertised 48 hour maximum. On top of that, the accountdetails were not even correct, so I now have to potentially wait a few more days.

totally fake. I didn't receive the game I paid for and they could not give me back my money. Stay away!

Purtroppo sono stato preso in giro, hanno preso i miei soldi e basta, senza consegnare il mio gioco, è stato venduto come disponibile, ma in realtà non lo era. Ho aspettato più di 2 giorni e non mi è stato consegnato nulla. Sul sito vendono il gioco e la consegna entro 1 ora, ma non è vero. Rispondono sempre con i soli messaggi preimpostati e non sanno dare soluzioni. Ora hanno perso completamente la mia fiducia e rivoglio immediatamente i miei soldi, senza aspettare ancora altri giorni, fino a 3, come dite! GameHub, il venditore, sono dei truffatori e anche Difmark che permette tutto questo. State lontani sono solo delle truffe, ora non vogliono ridarmi i soldi indietro. Propongono uno scambio di gioco che forse dovrebbe essere consegnato prima, ma sempre dopo giorni, oppure uno sconto per un successivo ordine che vuol dire altra truffa.

Unfortunately I was taken for a ride, they just took my money and that was it, without delivering my game, it was sold as available, but in fact it was not. I waited more than 2 days and nothing was delivered. On the website they sell the game and delivery within 1 hour, but it is not true. They always respond with only preset messages and can't give solutions. Now they have completely lost my trust and I want my money back immediately, without waiting any more days, up to 3, as you say! GameHub, the seller, are scammers and also Difmark who allows this. Stay away they are just scams, now they don't want to give me my money back. They propose a game exchange that maybe should be delivered sooner, but still days later, or a discount for a next order which means more scam.

Lasst bitte die Finger weg!!!! Habe FC 24 gekauft und und zwei Accounts erhalten. Natürlich ging keiner der beiden da ID oder Passwort falsch waren! Selbst der Käuferschutz über Giropay kann nix machen da die Ware angeblich geliefert und aktiviert wurde…Support ist ne Katastrophe und wollen einen immer nur vertrösten.
Von mir definitiv -10 Sterne!!!!!!!!!

Hab zwei Accounts von diesen Betrügern bekommen, keiner der beiden hat funktioniert und das ist anscheinend auch nicht legal dafür ist der Support auch noch unterirdisch! Finger weg davon!!

Erstens wird hier account sharing betrieben was eh nicht legal ist und über diese Seite auch gar nicht funktioniert. Ich habe jetzt schon drei accounts von diesen Gaunern zugeschickt bekommen, keiner hat funktioniert und anscheinend sind diese auch gehackt da sich dauernd die Zugangsdaten ändern.
Zweitens ist dieser Support einfach unterirdisch, ich habe das Gefühl mich mit einem Bot unterhalten zu haben und nach unangenehmen Fragen wurde einfach der Chat geschlossen. Einfach nur abartig und kriminell. Geld bekommt man auch keins wieder!!! Finger weg von Diffmark, Gamehub und dem ganzen Gesindel!

Never buy from this company, especially not if they provide a game by GameHub!
Recieved the account after the order, the 2FA Authenticator they provided was wrong.
The support gave me a new code without too much hassle and it worked for 3 days.
After 3 days PSN asked for the code again, asked them again and they gave me 4 wrong codes. After saying something went wrong and they gave me a new account.
Of the new account the 2FA AGAIN WASN'T RIGHT and they told me to make a video, send screenshots blabla, NEVER got a new FA code so i bought the game literally for 3 days.. they send me everything seemed right altough on the video you COULD SEE I COULDN'T LOG IN. They closed my case and offered me to buy the game again from them with a 60% discount.
If you tell me "eveything works as usual" while i clearly cant log in (seen on video) why would u provide me discount to buy the same game??? NEVER BUY FROM HERE, UTTER SCAM. They just want you to give up so they can sell the hacked account to someone else.
AND I EVEN HAVE WARRANTY LEFT

Bought f1 22 in september 2022, now the 180 days warrenty is over and i cannot use the game anymore. They Will not help me... of course the warrenty is over.

Do not buy here! You get a login from someone else account, so you can log in into their account and you can download the game. No support or whatever. And after 180 days, pray that you can play, if not, well its your problem...
