If I could give negative stars I would I Purchased a tv through Walmart from this company Black Friday they consistently lied about shipping the tv and the original tv being lost in the mail when it was never even picked up they kept giving me dates when a “replacement” would be sent but when that day came nothing was ever shipped as I finally had enough of the lies on February 14th I finally requested Walmart do a manual refund since the seller was obviously scamming me I would avoid this company in the future

I ordered a $2,450 AV receiver from Game Liquidations through their online store at Walmart. Big Mistake. They quickly took my money and created a shipping label. A week later, nothing had progressed! The unit never shipped. The "expected delivery date" came & went. I contacted G-L by phone and their Customer Service Rep told me on two separate days "Your order is going out today." The second time he told me, he even said that FedEx was picking it up at 2:00PM that day. None of that happened. Days went by after the promised "pickup events", and then I finally contacted Walmart to get a refund. I had to deal with Walmart for almost a week before I was able to get a refund issued. Slow shipping is one thing. Selling items you don't have and then repeatedly lying about it is totally different. I'll never again deal with Game Liquidations! If you do, don't say I didn't warn you!

I ordered a Weber grill on 7/15/24. I received email confirmation of the order. I emailed them a week later asking for estimated delivery time. They never responded. I emailed them 3 more times and they never responded. I called them and was on hold 20 minutes and hung up as no one was answering. I received an email today that my order was cancelled per my request despite me never canceling the order. I do not believe this is a legitimate company and I wouldn’t order from them again.

Order a Ps5 for my sons for his bday and it never came be never got a tracking number pay pal had to refund me

Very poor communication, I bought a TV on the 31st of march. They called me and said it was out of stock so they offered me a newer version with a discount for $400 more, and I accepted, original ETA was 7-10 days. After the date no communication from them I sent an email without a response. Called them twice and after almost two weeks they said it’s gonna take 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive. I asked them to cancel the order but it was already cancelled so im sure they never even planned to ship it in the first place.
Do yourself a favor and buy from a big retailer and save some time and energy.

Did I get a good price on an LG 65" OLED TV? YES.

But when it died after 2 years and I tried to get service this company gave me the runaround for 3 months. Wouldn't respond to emails. Contact them again and another excuse.

They are NOT LG resellers. SO...
They finally put me in contact with a supposed service center in NC, named Advisory TV.
At first they seemed like they were going to handle the issue, just like Game Liquidators were.
I was promised a new panel, then a new TV with the $500 charge. After another 3 months, they quit responding to email and calls.
Now 6 months later I am stuck buying a new TV. Not from these scammers, of course.

It's inconceivable that a company would resort to such shady tactics in pursuit of profit, sacrificing their reputation and customer trust in the process.

Furthermore, the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) overwhelming negative rating for Game Liquidations speaks volumes about the extent of their customer dissatisfaction. The BBB, an organization dedicated to evaluating business practices and customer complaints, has clearly documented a pattern of issues with this company. It's a red flag that should deter anyone from considering Game Liquidations as a trustworthy option.

In today's market, where transparency and honesty should be non-negotiable standards, Game Liquidations falls miserably short. Their deceitful practices, abysmal customer service, and willingness to sell products they don't possess have left me not only without a TV but also without faith in their integrity as a company.

I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Game Liquidations to think twice and explore more reputable alternatives. This company's disregard for honesty and customer satisfaction is a disgrace, and they deserve to be held accountable for their unscrupulous behavior. Avoid them at all costs and save yourself the anguish and frustration that comes with dealing with such a dishonest entity.

The place is unprofessional, I ordered an 83" Samsung TV 3 weeks ago and I was told it would be delivered directly by the manufacture. It's been 3 weeks and I received no communication. When I called, Benjamin told me the TV was discontinued and out of stock. He never even apologized. His customer service is disgusting!!

First TV was damaged in transit. Dispatched another TV with a different carrier. The new TV arrived and is working great. Thanks

Ordered Samsung qn90a 75” for best advertised price on internet $1749. With NO TAX and should have known to good to be true . After a week received email from delivery company item was damaged and I needed to contact seller which I did and was told I would receive a call back in about an hour gave them 48 hours and no phone or email with any info so I canceled PayPal payment . Spent $200 more and bought from legitimate seller . Game liquidators is a NJ scam company that sells under numerous names so beware!

Victor delivered the TV on time and it was in great condition. I highly recommend them.

First of all the price was incredible, the turn around time on my questions was just a fee hours, making me feel confident about my purchase. Once the product got shipped all the tracking was very easy through the provided portal. The delivery was on time fast and zero issues.

It’s a scam. I read that in a review and focused only on the positive reviews and took the gamble.

I ordered a $1000 tv one month ago. The charge went through and I never even received a confirmation. Their phone numbers don’t work, no one answers their emails. The entire thing seems like a scam. The voicemail just says email Victor. I’ve asked for a refund with no response.

6 days after order and no ship info or contact?
I ordered a 65"OLED on 09/20/2022 and as of early 02/26/2022 I have not received shipping confirmation or any response from GL. My 4 emails to Victor and multiple calls to Manny have gone unanswered. The posted GL reviews convinced me to try them for their discounted pricing but it appears the reviews may be misleading. A week without TV, especially in football season, is downright torturous. SHIP MY TV GL!

On the 09/27/2022, I was contacted by Manny who told me they were on vacation and that the TV I ordered was damaged and they didn't have another. Manny's replacement proposals were off the chart in price. I cancelled the order of the 29th and went to Best Buy. ALERT - I would stay clear of this company. The credit card number I gave them for the TV was fraudulently used to purchase other expensive electronic items that night. Coincidence?

I ordered the Samsung 130" The Premiere LSP9T 4K Smart Triple Laser Projector from them on June 4th, and it was delivered to me on June 12th. I really had no issues honestly, the deal they had was $1500 cheaper than Best Buy or other sites.

The only annoyance I feel I need to mention is that they will call you a few days before they ship it and tell you it will take a month to be delivered if you stay with the standard shipping. But, if you go with Fedex it will only take 5 days. The thing is it costs $150 for Fedex shipping and insurance which I wasn't too happy about, but I went with it anyway since it was already a good deal. It came in brand new as promised and I've had no issues with it so far. I really was surprised this unknown company was legit.

Ordered a Samsung projector from Game Liquidations. The price on the website was by far the best price I saw on the internet. Now I usually am leery when a price is to good to be true as one should be, but this is the 2nd time I have ordered from them and my first purchase was an LG OLED 65"C9 which at the time I ordered the TV was the best price I could find as well. I received my projector within 2 business days, which is what I was promised. I actually place 2 ordered’s, by mistake, at the beginning of my purchase and was immediately contacted by Manny (a manager at GL) he alerted me of the mistake I made and corrected it for me. The projector was delivered from FED EX in an unopened Samsung box (this was not a opened box). This is a smaller outfit and they do not have the marketing budget of a Best Buy. Best Buy is a name you know, but a name I have come to hate for too many reasons to mention. As to the comment I read below about the “3 week wait”, now I received the projector I ordered in this review in 2 days. I don’t believe that GL can keep every item on their website in stock and sometimes they have to contact the the vender and order a new item and that could take a couple of weeks. GL has the best prices, if you want to pay more go to BB and get lousy service. Sometimes you may have to wait a little, but I can assure you your item will arrive or you will get your money back if for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock. I do not work for GL nor do I work for any affiliates of GL. Very satisfied with the service and very happy with the exceptional price. Have already recommended Game Liquidations to a friend! Shop with confidence.

If you to take a chance as i did ...i wasn't disappointed. Answered the phone 4 out of 5x and that 1x i got a call back in 5min. Free shipping..would take up to 3 weeks. Offered $99 to have it shipped from LG themselves w a 5 year limited warranty within 3 business days. Accepted that option as the price was still cheaper than local stores. Arrived in 2 business days. Packaged perfectly. Item as described. Good savings. It didn't seem to be a scam with shipping option as free shipping is offered. Will do business again. Give them a shot.
