Due to your recent behavior and the abusive language used toward our support agent, we would like to formally inform you that your actions constitute defamation.

Under Section 499 and Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), defamation includes making or publishing false statements that harm the reputation of an individual or business. The comments posted by you are false, misleading, and damaging to our reputation, despite the fact that we provided you with full support in writing.

We hereby request you to remove the defamatory comment immediately.
Failing this, we will be left with no option but to revoke the game/service provided, as permitted under our terms, and proceed further as advised.

This message is issued in good faith, and we strongly encourage an amicable resolution.

After carefully reviewing our system for the details you shared, we’re unable to locate any order associated with your information.

As per our records, Gamelyn’s website was under a pre-scheduled maintenance window at that time. All customers were informed in advance via on-site notifications and chat alerts, clearly stating that services would be temporarily unavailable.

Because of this, we cannot find any valid basis for the claim being made or for the circulation of incorrect information related to a scheduled maintenance activity. We request you to verify the details once again before making such statements.

Update on your case

As per our internal review, the service promised from our end was successfully fulfilled. One of our agents re-delivered the game to ensure completion of the order.

Subsequently, the Steam / Cities: Skylines servers took independent action on your account, resulting in a permanent restriction. Please note that account actions taken by third-party platforms are outside Gamelyn’s control and are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

Given that the order was delivered as committed, we are unable to identify a valid reason for a 1-star review based on events beyond our service scope. We respectfully request you to reconsider or update your review to reflect the service provided by Gamelyn.
