Decent priced bad UI
Most items were cheaper then the steam market but having first time users use live chat to confirm a purchase was hard to find, perhaps a confirmation email could be sent with instructions on how to confirm your purchase.

Best place to buy stuff
They answer right away when i have questions. Items traded almost instantly and when it's delayed, it never exceeds 10 mins. I'll always buy items here.

another worst online experience, not recommended
bought dota2 weather ash which was supposed to be delivered within 5-60 min. but i haven't gotten it so far(around 48hrs)
when i mail them they shared a link where they are asking me to share my ID, driving license and even debit card pics.
why the hell am i need to provide those stuffs?? just to prove that ive bought $4 worth of s*** and they failed to deliver it

But we have to verify new customers paying with card or via PayPal to protect ourselves from fraudulent payments. Identity theft and credit card fraud can easily bring an e-commerce website to its knees if kept unchecked. If you don't want to follow this procedure you will get a refund.
If you don't want any verification you can use some other payment options instead, such as Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Western Union, and some others. Please check with our customer service on the full list.

works dunno how else it could be explained
do not like to usually buy stuff from outside of the steam but as there are sometimes cheaper options or just exclusives that cant be bought but rather traded i be happy to do it this site works and it did very good on all items i got was literally under 5 mins except 1 item which was already claimable in morning already since i did this on late evening
shortly said reliable but i think everyone should be careful on internet in general.
