THE ACCOUNT I BOUGHT WAS RECLAIMED BY THE FIRST OWNER, THE PERSON WHO SOLD IT, AFTER ONLY 1 WEEK. THEY'VE BEEN WASTING MY TIME FOR 6 MONTHS. BOTH MY MONEY AND MY ACCOUNT ARE WASTED. IF ANYONE IS GOING TO USE THIS SITE, THEY SHOULDN'T.

I asked support to help when my account got locked. All they did was change the password on it and then tell me they could not do anything so my account was stolen.

Bought a valorant account from their website, they recovered the account.
I contacted their support, after a year I still don't have my money back or anything else. Terrible support, scummy people

I buyed a account and the seller recovery the account, the support didnt help me...

Accounts get pulled back by owners all the time (happened to me 2 times and also one of my friends once.) First time they banned the seller from their website (which was a first time seller.) So then next time I purchased one from a seller with several sales already.

8 months later, account got taken back and they did not even bother to help me, said there was "no proof" that account got taken back (XD???) and did not even bother investigating. Obviously they did not ban the seller since this scumbag of a website takes 20% or even more from every sale so they did not want to return their money.

Literally the only hope you have of buying an account and have a peace of mind around it is getting contact of the first owner of the account and going to him for your concerns/help, since the support literally does not give a single care or thought about their customers.

It's crazy that this website used to have such a high rating but they just turned into the biggest money hungry people ever without any sympathy or care about their customers. Never left a review anywhere in my entire life but I really wish no one to go to this site to purchase accounts so they don't have to experience the same shit and get scammed like I did.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, pretty sure most of these 5 star reviews are fake as well considering they are all from turkey (origin of this website)

they are scammers , account get banned , they sell rp codes who doesnt work , support is very arrogant , never buy there

This market place is perfect, just buy accounts that are sold WITH liked email access, so that you can change both passwords, recovery information and also change email in case.
If you don't have access to the linked email, changing email on the game account itself won't be enough.
But as long as you're aware of that, it's the best place to get good deals

Account recovered by the legal owner four years after. Support of course won't take any responsabilities. Buy at your own risk but I will just tell you that anyone with the original EMAIL can recover their account forever so you have to play with that fear.

I purchased a Valorant account on GamerMarkt last year for €420. The account was permanently banned shortly after purchase. I immediately contacted support and was promised a resolution.

More than one year later, I still have not received my refund. GamerMarkt keeps telling me they are “waiting for their lawyer” and blaming an ongoing enforcement process, but as a platform that took commission from the sale, they refuse to take direct responsibility.

What makes this worse is that the seller responsible for my banned account is still actively selling on GamerMarkt, which shows that the platform does not protect its buyers.

This has been an exhausting process of repeated delays and excuses. Be very careful — if something goes wrong with your purchase, you may be left without your money for months or even years.

previously made purchases with satisfaction from Gamermarkt, and on 29.08 I bought a Valorant account for approximately 4,000 TL. There was no information in the listing about the account having any penalties in its history. Only one day after purchasing the account, my internet connection was cut and my account was banned for 1 year. I opened a ticket with customer service to report the situation, but they replied that “it happened after the account was purchased” and did not take responsibility. I had never encountered such an issue before, and I believed that Gamermarkt stood behind the accounts it sold. I request that the company review its policy on this matter and make the necessary adjustments to prevent such grievances.

I bought a Valorant account here, and the seller later recovered it. When I contacted support, they refused to compensate me. In my experience, buyers are not protected if something goes wrong, so you’re forced to rely entirely on the honesty of the seller. I would not recommend using this site.

Habe mit zwei league Accounts geholt und wurden beide nach ca 4 Monaten vom Verkäufer recovered. Sie schicken nur Passwort und email und holen sich die Account nach paar Monaten über den riot Support zurück. Die Seite ist ein absoluter Scam. Aufjedenfall Finger weg!!!

Ich habe mir vor einigen Tagen einen Valorant Account über GamerMarkt.com gekauft. Der Preis war recht hoch, weshalb ich zunächst zögerte. Letztlich habe ich mich aber für den Kauf entschieden, da die Seite professionell wirkte.

Nach dem Kauf erhielt ich die Zugangsdaten relativ schnell, und anfangs funktionierte alles problemlos. Doch bereits zwei Tage später konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Die Zugangsdaten wurden offensichtlich geändert, wodurch ich komplett den Zugriff auf den Account verloren habe.

Wäre der Account gesperrt worden, könnte ich das noch nachvollziehen aber in diesem Fall wurde einfach der gesamte Zugang entzogen. Für mich ist das Betrug, da ich für eine Leistung bezahlt habe, die ich nun nicht mehr nutzen kann.

Ich werde versuchen, rechtlich gegen den Vorgang vorzugehen, und kann nur jedem raten, hier sehr vorsichtig zu sein.

Aktuell: Keine Empfehlung.

I bought an acc through Gamermarket thinking i was using a " trusted marketplace". What i got was fraud, total negligence and a support team that hides behind vague legal promise while doing absolutely nothing.
The acc i purchased was recovered twice by the original owner, who has now vanished without a trace. The seller has done nothing to help and yet gamermarket still allows them to sell accs freely on the plataform, a slap in the face to any honest customer.
And what does gamermarkt do???
Just the usual excuse " we are taking legal action"
NO TIMELINE, NO UPDATES,NO REFUND, NO RESOLUTION.
Meanwhile, i,ve lost: my money, the acc i paid for and any trust i once had on this plataform.
They so called his garanty and i reported the issue the same day it happened= no solution. Their support replies with robotic,generic responses and there is zero accountability. The fact that the seller and the scammer can continue their activities without any consequences says it all.
They protect the fraudsters, NOT THE CUSTOMERS, they silenced negative reviews i guess too.
SO DONT TRUST GAMERMARKET. Your risk losing ur money, ur acc and ur patience. if something goes wrong, u are on ur own. This is not a secure marketplace, its a plataform that enables scams and then hides behind empty legal threats while refusing to act. GAMERMARKET I WANT A REFUND OR MY ACC BACK!!

Account wurde nach 4 Monaten vom Verkäufer "zurückgeholt"....

i selled over 50 account without any problem but when i buy account its different story after 1 month seller took back his account changed pw and e-mail with ticket gamermarkt told me that they cant do anything because they didnt have any evidince i told them even games played after first owner took back his account but still they didnt do anything
