I purchased a pc key (global) for pragmata on G2A.com from Gamersuniverse and the code does not work in NA. Gamersuniverse will not respond and i have spoken with other buyers who have expierienced the same lack of customer service. it would appear this seller is a scam. We will never purchase from Gamersuniverse again.

Scammed by these fraudsters on G2A, having bought a key that was already used.

They no longer reply to messages and have not resolved it. Messages are only ever auto replied.

G2A are as bad and don't resolve anything. Don't even think you'll get a refund and they don't have PayPal protection on such transactions.

I requested several PayPal withdrawals but all of them were returned within minutes without explanation.

I opened a support ticket on 01.03.2026 but after 5 days there is still no response.

Good site pays but very low compare to other site.

Purchased Reanimal deluxe edition key, game was released to public on 13th feb, no key was sent, order was sitting on "pending" lodged a Paypal refund and received a generated email from G2A saying key was sent. Sent screenshot proof to Paypal showing "pending" on order also as soon as I initiated a refund G2A changed the status of order to "on hold" the seller was Gamers universe through G2A. Beware.

Best site for earning some money while playing games

I opened an a/c on 18 January and completed 3 micro tasks that benefited the site: Like one of their posts on LinkedIn, Install their Android app and join their Telegram channel. I did not get credited. I contacted their web chat support and they said to wait a reasonable amount of days and then contact them by email.
I emailed them on the 23 January and have noticed today (31 Jan), that the micro tasks are no longer pending, but have been wiped clean. No coins. A waste of time.
I have deleted my a/c.

I requested a withdrawal of 29,390 coins from Timewall to GamersUnivers.
The withdrawal was approved by Timewall, but the coins never arrived in my GamersUnivers account.

What’s more concerning is that three of my referred users faced the exact same issue. Their withdrawals were also approved by Timewall, yet none of the coins were credited to GamersUnivers.

There is no clear explanation, no proper tracking, and support has not resolved the issue. This creates serious doubts about transparency and reliability between Timewall and GamersUnivers.

If approved withdrawals do not reach users’ accounts, it wastes time and effort and breaks trust. I would advise others to be very cautious before investing time or referrals into this platform.

They sent me an incorrect voucher. They don't answer my questions.

Terrible customer service.They have a bot on the site which pretends to handle customer questions but it will direct you to their telegram channel which does't work i.e. nobody will respond to you. Their main telegram channel is closed for comments.The one which is open (which the bot on the site recommends) never responds.They will just read your complaint and ignore.If you ever have a query complaint, good luck with getting a response.So frustrating.A few months ago they dis some system upgrades and I lost some money which was in my account.Been trying to get help to recover the money but I have failed but they dont respond.
