Son unos estafadores , compré un juego y al no poder hacerlo funcionar reclamé el rembolso ,me dicen que si que en 21 días laborables me lo reembolsan , me obligan a hacerle un video en el cual borro la cuenta de mi consola y ellos no devuelven el dinero ,solo te puedes comunicar con estos impresentables mediante Telegram la peor experiencia que he tenido

He comprado una cuenta compartida de BLACK OPS 6, ps5.
Me han enviado los datos de acceso, junto con un codigo de un solo uso (Alfa numerico).
Cuando intento hacer login en PS5, veo que el codigo de un solo uso ha de ser SOLO NUMERICO, con lo que el recibido no funciona, y no puedo hacer login.

Despues de horas intentando contactar, consigo hacerlo por telegram, y solo se limitan a decir que he "CAMBIADO EL ID" y por eso he perdido la cuenta..

Cambiar? No he podido acceder ni una vez...ya encontraré la manera de reclamarlo.

Estafa absoluta, alejaos completamente. Las reseñas positivas son falsas.

Cant login to the account, guy says changed password. How would you be able to change a password when you cant login

NI SE OS OCURRA COMPRAR AQUÍ!!! Son unos estafadores, 30€ pagué por un juego, cuando me dieron la cuenta, no eran las credenciales correctas, no entraba, tardaron 48 horas en darme solución, y cuando me la dan, resulta que la cuenta no eran mia, cuando entraba otra persona (habrían vendido la misma 30 veces) se me salía el juego. Pero esque ya para colmo (quitando que tardan en responder 48 horas) en una de estas que voy a jugar directamente me pide registrarme otra vez, y adivina, el mismo problema que al principio. ESTAFADORES, lo pienso poner en cada maldito foro. Huid de esta pagina para comprar nada, ni juegos legales vaya.

They sold me an account with a game (secondary version) and you have to play from that account to be able to enter. Okay because I've been with the game for 6 months and I've already had to contact 4 times because someone else got into the game from the same account and you get kicked out of the game.
And you don't want to know the bad customer service they have, you have to be without exaggeration 5 hours talking to them to solve anything. The worst thing I've done to save myself a few euros. Nothing recommended.

SON UNOS ESTAFADORES, NO COMPRÉIS NADA AQUÍ. Tienen una única cuenta para que jueguen todos los compradores y sólo puedes jugar al juego desde esa cuenta. Si se meten varios a la vez, todos pierden la conexión. Al hablar con ellos por chat se hacen los locos. NO COMPRÉIS ES TIRAR EL DINERO.

AVOID this company, game not delivered and doesn’t answer at all !!
