Sorry to hear this. To clarify, we replied earlier today after identifying the parcel had been lost in transit and offered a free replacement immediately.
We’ve also offered a full refund if you’d prefer.

We're sorry about a lack of response. We've had some issues with our email provider, where some emails were being filtered out and deleted when a correspondent wasn't recognised. We've moved to a new provider and this should be migrated from Sunday 18th.
Drop us a message on a social and we'll provide a 5% discount code for any future order as an apology. We'll also be able to give you any updates via there for the items you're looking for.
Support slow to answer but are very helpfull
Something went wrong with the shipping from UK to Sweden. And after i contacted them they solved the problem. Sometimes they were a bit slow to answer that's why they only get 4 out 5 stars.
Overall I would recommend them.

Did not receive my order, royal mail send it to wrong country
Update. I did send a message where i asked for a refund but you did not read it properly. You only saw word refund so thats why 2 stars.

We're aware of this going to another country and have refunded you for this, which is what you've asked for. Unfortuantly, as we noted on our messages, we don't courier the item ourselves but as the tracking notes it was paid for to your country, not the country it was sent to and the courier has made an error.
It is a shame that you've decided to provide a 2-star rating but we appreciate the feedback nonetheless.

2 weeks and don't know where the order is
It's now 2 weeks since I ordered from GamingNectar and the product hasn't arrived yet, the tracking makes no sense if it's correct- the product has gone from the UK to the US and I have no idea if it's still there or on its way to some other country or the actual destination which is in Finland.
Also they didn't respond to my query about the delivery/tracking.
Not impressed at all by my first experience.
EDIT: Thank you for the information and apologies if someone did respond to my question, but I just double-checked and I haven't received it.

Hi Adam,
According to our email we responded on the 10th August to note that it should be corrected by the courier but we don't have any control over this rare error. I've provided some additional explanation about how it should be corrected but what cover can provide below.
Some items that are in courier with Royal Mail can accidently be sent to the wrong country but are reprocessed to the right country once their sorted. We did reach out to get this fixed with urgency but they've noted they have to wait until the US customs service flags and fixes the issue. We can see it's currently being sorted, so we would expect a redirection this week.
We do cover all goods, so should this not arrive a new one will be dispatched once RM confirm we're able to have a right to cover the goods. We're still within that allotted time window unfortunately as international goods have a longer period for delivery before cover can be implemented.
I've added a note to your order on our system, so our team will keep a close eye to ensure if tracking isn't updated a new order is sent.

Expensive, but might be worth it
The shop is in the UK, so it's pretty expensive compared to buying from the US. You also have to pay import taxes. Shipping to Finland took 4 weeks.
BUT, They have more flavors in stock, and their customer support is flawless. 4/5

I made an order on march 27, 2021
my order arrived in sweden april 2.
on april 8 my order got sent back to gaming nectar.
i have sent them 4 to 5 email and ask them what happen to my order and they ignore my emails.
i request a refund and they ignore me.
I contacted paypal but got no help from them.
it has been almost 4 months and I still have not received my order.
Update july 28:
I received my order today after four months. I am not going to order from this website again.

Thank you for providing more information around the order. We can see that the order was returned and we re-issued it on the 19th April. We can see we've made a mistake without communicating the tracking to yourself at this time and we've re-issued the packet today - 19th July. We'll be emailing you later today with some tracking.

Overall very good experience with gamingnectar, my tracking wasn’t sent to me when they shipped but after sending 2 emails they resent me the tracking. Shipping took around 3ish days.

The Best EU G Fuel Seller I've Found
Think this business is great, first saw them on Ebay and thought the prices were steep, though most of Ebay's G Fuel prices are. But then found their own website and found it much more affordable and with free shipping (over £75) which came 48 hours after ordering. If you're in the UK, or even the EU, and are interested in trying or buying G Fuel I would highly recommend using this seller.
