More than satisfied with GammaMade, Silaghi Lajos’s website, TARGU MURES Romania.

I purchased a picture off them. They sent the wrong artwork. I emailed them to let them know, and they did offered to replace it. Once I received the replacement, it was also wrong and had an invoice for somebody in a completely different state in a different name. So now I have received two wrong photos that look nothing like what I ordered and they have not responded to me yet about the second order. I can understand messing up one, but then to do it a second time, it just shows major disorganization on their end.

We can’t locate the store website… the painting came in well-packed package though a little longer than expected

There was damage to the art I had shipped. I sent photos and follow up emails and I still have not heard back from gamma made

Ordered two big prints and waited patiently for about a month. When I finally received the package, a poster tube, it was empty. I immediately contacted both carrier and Gamma made and initially GM was very responsive. They asked for pictures of the tube and the labels on it. I supplied these and got a helpful response back. That was a month ago and ever since there has been complete radio silence and no responses to my inquiries. I’ve been polite and understanding throughout this disappointing process. But the fact remains that I’ve spent quite a bit of money for something I’ve never received and are now being ghosted.

What happened to this website/brand? When I look for it on google, it says the shop no longer exists...

Don’t buy!! Not received the painting and no response to multiple emails. All social media and website now also taken down.

Company agree to refund poor product but completely blank and fail to respond. Been waiting 3 weeks for refund. Website has also disappeared so I think this company is now a scam. Products are not of the quality said and use cheap pine for frame.

Nu er der gået over 4 uger siden jeg bestilte to billeder. Pengene er blevet trukket men jeg modtager ingen billeder

ARNAQUE !! nous ont envoyé un tableau cassé puis se sont volatilisés, sites et réseaux sociaux ont disparu, aucun rembourement ni envoi d'un nouveau tableau malgré ce qu'ils nous ont promis. SCANDALEUX !!

The painting is very beautiful. Something went wrong with the first delivery and Leira resolved it wonderfully. We are verry happy with our acquisition.

I have sent 5 emails regarding exchanging my prints with zero reply…and now I notice that one of the print has a giant smudge in the middle of it…. Their email address now states not valid, and no website?!?!

Beautiful artwork but I returned them because they didn’t look right in my space and they seem to be out of business and I’m out almost $600!!!!!

Excellent artwork. 2nd buy and although not the cheapest the quality is without doubt. Would buy again from Gammamade.

Great delivery, packaging and after-sales support. But now all of a sudden there is no response from their customer service department and their website and all social media is gone....are they out of business? I was in the middle of a refund so I might have to initiate a chargeback. Sad...

I'm really not satisfied with the outcome of my product. The customer service doesn't react to any of my e-mails, which is really disappointing. The website also isn't available right now, which is strange to me.

Fantastic product and superb quality… great choice of art and great finishing including the frames
