If I could give 0 I would - placed order in April. It's now August and still no delivery. They do not answer emails and when they do answer the phone you can never get through to the correct department or person. It's always a case of I'll take your details and have someone to call you back which never materialises.
I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before ordering as I would have stayed well clear. Whilst the prices are competitive the service is shocking. Wish I had paid more for better quality customer care and consideration. They do say you get what you pay for.

Despite taking more than £400 from us, Garden Box completely ignored every attempt to communicate with them:
Emails, phone calls, tweets and Facebook messages were met with total silence.
Finally, I had to contact PayPal to help me recover my money.
I hope nobody has to go through what I had to - I still get angry just thinking about the way they treated my family.
Warning donât go near them
Warning - donât use these guys - I placed an order in April for some garden furniture (£649 worth!) and after them missing delivery dates twice (and now only saying maybe late July!!) Iâve asked for this to be cancelled, but theyâre now not responding to any emails or calls. Rick, the manager, will not reply or refund my money so now Iâm having to go to the bank for claw back and / or start legal action.
Do not buy online or order goods with them - they do not give accurate information on delivery dates and will happily ignore you if you want help.

When I went in for the first time, I was probably the most irritating customer. In for over an hour and I didn't buy ANYTHING! The whole time Rick was incredibly helpful giving great advice but never pushy.
Eventually I went back and got a good deal on a BBQ. Later I got a great deal on an ex-display outdoor furniture set. I've bought various accessories and sauces from his website too.
The showroom is hard to find but I'm glad I did (although it was purely by accident as I was trying to find Tesco!). Unlike chain centres who dodge tax and don't give a personal service, it's really nice to support an independent business that seems to be trying so hard.
