OK, they got me. This company is a total scam. I should’ve checked the reviews first I did receive the seeds but they came from China and I haven’t planted them yet so I don’t know but another thing they do is they put you on a sub subscription and keep sending them to you every 90 days so buyer beware total scam don’t buy from this company.

Website leads one to believe these are heirloom seeds coming from Iowa. When in fact they are coming from China. There is no where near 16,000 seeds in the package I received. When I questioned them about the seeds coming from China they said, "Their warehouse in Los Angeles recently burned down and China was helping with the packaging and shipping of the seeds. Now I am not sure if I will even plant these seeds knowing they came from China. Who knows what the seeds are. This company is a total scam.

The Garden's Pulse seeds I ordered online are being shipped from China.
It sure was misleading on their website linking their company to the US and "Victory Gardens"!
Obviously I'm not sure I can trust the integrity of the company or their seeds.
Lesson learned, next time I'll buy from a reputable US company.

The package of seeds I got were shipped from China and when trying to get a refund because of that. They kept giving me the runaround saying they were grown and packaged here in the US. Not ever mentioning anything about approving or denying my refund. This is a horrible company and I will never buy from them again.

For starters the website advertising is a lie. They claim to be a US company selling US grown heirloom seed. Not so, it's all from mainland China! Their own tracking service(17Tracking) states dates and locations.The links provided for order confirmation and tracking are invalid. Their refund policy never covers more than 50% of total purchase, even though they advertise free shipping for orders over $70. Their site emphasizes 10,000 families buy their products-Not in America! Now their address for orders and service, formerly in New Jersey is now 30 N. Gould St, SteN Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER. The phone number on their website is for a personal line in Chicago. They DO NOT send order confirmations with an order number once you have placed your order but they sure have no problem charging your card right away. I wrote to them to find out what my order number was and got a bit of a run around and FINALLY they emailed an order number and then miraculously shipped the order. Well that "order" arrived today and it's a joke. I have requested an RMA number.

The mailing address on their website is in Tennessee but the package came from NY but not with the Gardens Pulse name on it. Some other name and no copy of the order in the package.

I have reported them to the Attorney General in both my state AND the state of TN but will also file one with the Attorney General in New York state. My credit card company has also been notified.

The seeds ship from CHINA 🇨🇳
My order never arrived, even though shipper said it did, but there is no proof and I was home for days during this time. Shipper is "not found" on the internet now, so can't be contacted. Gardenerspulse is giving me a run around, blaming me and the shipper. Wish there was a minus rating due to their deception.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered for family based on their false advertising of USA origin. Ships out of China, contacted company via email someone responded by stating operations in US but some items maybe shipped internationally but everything ships from the US. Thanks for understanding…what! Absolutely not. After careful review of package, the seed packaging is not the same AND there were three shipping labels with the first two originated out of China and matches the tracking which shows it was sent to NJ warehouse, from there a label with a Chantilly, NJ label was placed on top of original labels and shipped out again. I demanded a refund for the second time.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I ordered based on the information on Garden’s Pulse website which claims they sell Heirloom seeds cultivated in the US.

Then I received a shipment confirmation that my order was being sent from China along with a tracking number that also confirmed origin China with an international shipper.

I immediately contacted Garden’s Pulse via email and did not get a timely reply. After repeated emails, someone finally replied and explained that the seeds were cultivated in the US but the company had to use a Chinese company for distribution.

I asked for the name of the company rep - no response.

I requested a full refund - they offered me a 25% refund.

I insisted they give me a full refund, provide their US corporate address and I would return the seeds - they requested a photo of the package.

I reminded Garden’s Pulse that they could easily confirm delivery through the tracking number provided by the shipper that they chose to use - no further email correspondance.

All Garden’s Pulse email correspondance were unsigned by the respondent. Even after requesting a name of the representative, there was no response.

No disclosure of their US company address and now ghosted for over a week. Yes, it’s apparent I got scammed. Don’t let it happen to you.
