Best customer service and managers. I have always had on-time orders shipped out right away. I messaged about an order I was concerned about not receiving, and Paul with customer service called Amam, the warehouse manager, and they made sure my order was shipped out the right way to correct the issue. I am a happy client and will continue to send them my business!!

GPI is my regular goto for DTG supplies. The orders always ship quickly and that is huge for me...I'm a small business so I do not keep much on hand, so having it shipped out quickly is so important.
I've never had an issue with GPI itself...I did have a package that disappeared after it was shipped and GPI was quick to get everything resolved...even tho tho it wqs no their fault at all...so I have to give their customer service a huge thumbs up too!

There is a wonderful sales consultant, she is immediately interested and helpful ....

GPI has the most helpful and responsive customer tech support team I have spoken to! Bought a DTF printer from them a few years back and any issue I have come across was handled swiftly by their team allowing me to get back up and running before an order is due. They always responded and was never left hanging. True lifesavers!!

I finally found a supplier I can trust! I have ordered from every print supply company out there and Garment Printer Ink has a new customer for life. I recently purchased a new DTF printer from them and they made it so easy. They kept constant contact with me throughout the whole process and its such a relief to work with a company who cares. They have everything my shop needs to stay stocked and ready for orders.

Warning to all: steer clear of this printer company unless you fancy throwing your hard-earned cash into a bottomless pit! These guys are the masters of scamming - they could give lessons on how to swindle and bamboozle. I’m knee-deep in legal battles with them for consumer fraud. They promised me the moon with their printer, but guess what? It’s more like a paperweight that costs as much as a car! They fed me sweet nothings about its capabilities, and now I'm stuck with a useless machine and a giant loan.

Don't be fooled by their slick sales talk. It’s like walking into the shadiest used car lot, where they'll bleed you dry and leave you stranded. Their whole game is trickery, making false promises and then vanishing with your money. Six months in, and I haven’t produced a single sellable item. I couldn’t even give this stuff away to charity!

If you’re itching to waste money, go hit a casino or a club. At least there, losing money comes with a side of fun. Research this company, and the shady characters running it. The owner has cultivated a den of thieves, all too eager to lie and cheat for a quick buck, without a second thought for the little guy.

So, if you're feeling lucky, or just love nightmares, by all means, give them a whirl. But don't say I didn't warn you! 🚨💸🚫🖨️

I wouldn’t recommend this company or Ricoh products to my worst enemy. They are quick to take your money but after that good luck. The machine ran possibly 2 months out of a full year, they send parts and expect the customer to waste time, ink and money resolving the issues, when clearly most machines from Ricoh are lemons. Once you get close to the end of your warranty they find any excuse to not help you or fix the problem. I can’t think of a worse company to work with or a worse product to buy. Not to mention when you do reach out for help it takes anywhere from a week for a month for them to respond. RUN AWAY! 15k down the drain!

BEST Printer Supply Company Around!

I've tried several other companies for my DTG printer supplies. At first I only got replacement parts from them, fast and super easy to work with. They actually care and call to make sure you're getting the right thing and to let you know the steps to keep it under warranty.

After a few bad experiences with my previous ink/pre-treatment suppliers, getting wrong brands or for items to be missing from the order. I would order as run of ink and have 2 colors missing, or order image armor PT and get firebird, Even ordering Ink direct from Ricoma, it took 6 months to get an order of white because of an internal error on their part, little things like that that can cause operations to stop.

After this happening a few times I reached out to GPI and they helped me find the high-yield carts that I didn't even know where an option because the other suppliers didn't carry them. I've now been ordering everything I need for my DTG printer from them and they've never made an error, and their shipping is SO FAST! Unlike other places, If you pay for next day, they actually get it in the mail THAT DAY! Every employee I've talked to has been very polite, nice, and helpful. They've made running my business so much smoother, and saved me a ton of stress and headache over using those other suppliers.

My order's shipping label was created on the 5th, but they didn't ship it out yet. It is now the 14th with no package mailed yet. Instead, they have updated the label tonight and were likely going to mail it out tomorrow which is completely unacceptable forany B2B business. It would have been nearly 3 weeks just to receive some basic printer supplies. Avoid at all costs.
