II purchased Garmin Navionics charts for a specific sea area, but after installation I discovered that the Garmin navigation app does not work on my older iPad. Garmin’s technical support investigated the issue and confirmed that the new app is not compatible with my device.
I requested a refund since the product is unusable for me, but Garmin refused to process it. As an alternative, I asked if they could exchange the product for another of equal value that I could actually use, but they declined that as well.
Due to this experience and the way Garmin handled the situation, I cannot recommend them. Their customer service was inflexible and unhelpful when facing a reasonable request.

Uskomattoman hidasta toimintaa, tilasin kellon Garminilta 20.9 ja toimitus on kestänyt jo 9pvä, mutta viimeisin arvio saapumisesta 3.10! Miten voi kestää kellon toimitus 13pvä? En suosittele tavaran tilaamista suoraan Garminilta, koska muut toimittaa paljon ripeämmin. Ensin tilasin harmaan kellon ja tilaus meni perille, kunnes tuli vähän ajan päästä viesti, että tilaus peruttu? No kokeilin toista väriä ja se onnistui, mutta maksettua kelloa ei vain näy! Ei anna kauhean vahvaa kuvaa Garmin kaupasta, kun kaikki onnistutaan sössimään..

Great quality products that last for years. Unfortunately broke my watch glass while taking a short fall in mountains and watch glass hit the rocks. Customer service (phone) was really helpful and asked me to sent the watch for repair. Repair cost was affordable and they even upgraded my watch to a newer model when they ran out of stock earlier models. Great customer service that is really rare now days.
