This company is a scam operation and does not have the required licenses.

I started trading forex through a platform called Garnet Trade. I was repeatedly contacted by individuals who introduced themselves as representatives of a brokerage firm and, under their guidance and direction, I was encouraged to open trading positions. As a result of following their recommendations over a period of approximately one month, I lost a total of around USD 5,000.
After conducting further research, I discovered that Garnet Trade and the so-called brokers working with them appear to be unlicensed, unregistered entities that are not subject to the supervision of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK). I also learned that they are not even registered taxpayers. When I requested invoices, they provided documents unrelated to the actual transactions, resembling straw invoices or invoices issued by jewelry businesses, with zero VAT applied.
Furthermore, I became aware that they have been operating without proper licensing not only in Turkey but also through locations in Montenegro, Cyprus, and Greece.
As a result of these activities, I suffered significant financial losses and had a highly negative experience. After May 25, 2026, I attempted to contact the company several times but received no response whatsoever and was unable to find any responsible representative to address my concerns.
I respectfully request that my grievance be investigated and that the relevant authorities thoroughly examine this organization and the individuals behind it. I also ask that appropriate measures be taken to prevent other people from experiencing similar losses and victimization in the future.
