I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Garvella. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After contacting customer service, they reshipped the order, only for the exact same thing to happen again. Two shipments were marked delivered, and neither ever arrived at my address.

What is most frustrating is that no proof of delivery was provided. There was no delivery photo, no GPS confirmation, and no clear information about which carrier actually delivered the package. I even checked with neighbors, and no one saw a delivery vehicle or package.

I have repeatedly requested an investigation and proof showing where the package was delivered, but so far I have not received satisfactory answers. A company should be able to provide evidence when an item is marked as delivered, especially after the same issue occurs twice.

Based on my experience, I would advise customers to be very cautious and use a payment method that offers buyer protection. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

Order marked delivered twice. Package received zero times.

Ordered and paid for a product. Received confirmation. Received Tracking information. Watch track for a couple weeks. Tracking never shows location of the order. Tracking claimed package was delivered. It was not.

Contacted customer service via email. Unknown person behind email states they will reship. Received tracking information. Same results, no package.

Contacted customer service. Unknown person behind email claims I can receive a partial refund. AWESOME ! ( that was sarcasm)

I requested the name of the person I was talking to, a phone number, the name of the local shipping company, and Garvella's mailing address none of which I was given. All subsequent emails or just a copy and paste of the previous email response.

The e-mail for the tracking company bounced back if that did not work.
