Boiler failure
Boiler failure. Gas Services gave friendly and constructive help over the phone and when that didn't work, arranged for an engineer to visit. He arrived within 3 hours of my phone call. Boiler working well and hour later. Great service.

Annual boiler service.
I have used Gas Service Ltd for a few years now, they always provide a very professional service from the office staff to the engineers.
The engineers are always on time, polite and efficient.
I cant fault this company, they are excellent.

Hi Emily,
You have not contacted us in relation to this matter. You are made aware of the minimum call out fee before the appointment is made. We cannot fix a problem that does not show itself when the engineer is on site. We cannot guess as its unproductive for you and I.
The engineer explained to you to ring us back if the problem persisted.
These are the engineer notes.
''Intermittent L02 fault which would indicate an ignition lockout.
Inlet pressure 20.4mb, 24v at gas valve gas valve resistance approx 5k ohms. All leads have continuity. Combustion figures all within tolerance. Following reset the boiler has worked well.
Customer has said husband had ordered a part. But it was wrong. Have advised he shouldn't be touching boiler.''
We cannot be accused of poor communication if you refuse to answer the phone or ring us back.

Prompt and utterly reliable
I've had occasion to use Gas Service Ltd three times and each one has been exemplary. The engineers are personable and really care about doing a good job. They have always been able to get an engineer out to me the same week and the every job has been completed without any hassle. I trust them implicitly and have no plans to use anyone else!
