My boiler was leaking and Gas service Ltd, came round and assessed the boiler which was close to 20yrs old. Said it was uneconomical to repair and gave me a quote for replacement. This was very competitive and the job done within 10 days. No mess, no fuss, just an excellent service with no hassle.

Had a boiler fitted with them a few years ago and it's been great. They have also been great on servicing it.

The engineer arrived on time. He spent one and half hours checking everything. Several questions I asked were answered and advice given was very good. Definitely would recommend them.

Ryan visited my home to inspect my boiler and made false claims about what repairs it required. Leading us to believe repairs would cost £1,000 & parts difficult to find or that we would have to replace the boiler completely.

Thankfully I sought a second opinion and I have since had another boiler service with Rix who have confirmed that the engineer lied about the boiler’s condition and what work was required. The boiler is old but could be repaired easily at half the cost of what Gas Service Ltd would charge. Avoid this company like the plague, not to be trusted

The engineer was very knowledgeable in dealing with a suspected gas leak, talked me through every stage of what he was doing.
By thinking outside of the box he was able to resolve what turned out not to be a leak after all.
Would have given five stars but having been given a four hour time slot by their office he arrived about 45 mins after the latest time quoted.
Would still highly recommend these guys, reasonable call out charge too.

The engineer was punctual and polite and did an excellent job. My reason to give only 4 stars was due to being invoiced by the office by mistake for which we received an apology.

Used this company for many years always reliable professional and with fair prices.

Very friendly engineer, on time, useful to have a definite time of 8am, efficient.
