Customer service non existent often missing delivery day and accounts department messing up regularly messing up direct debit payments and ending up refusing delivery and shortage of gas gas is crucial to the licence trade and they don't care if you run out i have asked on several occasions to speak to a senior air products manager who own gas direct but they say i can't i believe this is because they don't want their incompetence exposed to their parent company don't use them totally useless
