I had an order with them on 2026-04-15 worth $780.91. I received an empty bag instead of my parcel. The shipment was supposed to weigh around 4kg and contain 8 stainless steel items. I sent them videos and photos as proof.

At first, they ignored my emails. Later they replied:
“Apologies for the delay, I was out of office last week. I will get back to you later today once I’ve had chance to look into this issue.”

After that, I kept sending emails and got no response. In the end, they told me:
“We cannot do anything for you, it’s not our business, you have to contact FedEx.”

What a shame. Very unprofessional experience. Please be careful before trusting them
