no refund
On 29/07/22 I sent a return, which demonstrably arrived on 03/08/22. However, despite asking, I have still not received a refund (amount: 119 euros).

costumer service could be faster
I did get reaction from gast about my return So Im a happy costumer now.

Bought some good looking eyewear, unfortunately the a slick glasses where to small for me. Trying to return the glasses for 1,5 week now by contact form, mail & Instagram, no reaction what so ever.
Fix this, and change my costumer experience so far.

Ho acquistato due paia di occhiali Gast in un negozio di ottica a Verona, entrambi da vista, uno dei due dopo circa 1 anno di vita presenta una scoloritura della montatura, che essendo nera, è molto brutta da vedere. Deluso.

Nice quality but not as I expected, not enough content (photos & videos) of the sunglasses online to make sure how they look like. Not enough pictures on gast website et no youtube review video for each sunglasses.
Not really happy with the purchase.

I like everything about my sunglasses. Everything from the presentation to the quality of the product is spot on. Case is very nice, and the cloth as well, and the glasses are really good (feel very well built, and lenses are amazing). Excellent value for money.
