sin ninguna duda, la PEOR bolsa de criptomonedas que he conocido en toda mi vida. Llevo TRES MESES completos sin poder retirar mi dinero. G5 Motor

Very positive experience with GATE support.
I reported an issue with my G5 motor and the whole warranty process was quick and professional.
The technical team guided me step by step through diagnostics, and after verification I received a replacement unit – upgraded to the newer G5 PLUS version.

Great communication, fast responses, and very customer-friendly approach. This is how premium product support should look. Highly recommended.

Their products and support are excellent

Their products are excellent, has 2 full sets of aster-ii + g5 motor and a titan etu, all of those working perfectly. The mobile app, that is used to control various parameters is EZ to use, self explaining. There is even a smart watch (at least I know for Android) app, that shows statistics from the etu.
Their support is fast responding, guides the case to the fastest resolution.
Highly recommend.

Top products and surprisingly great customer service

Been a customer of gate products for a while now (2+years) and can only recommend them so far.

All their products worked for what they were advertised.
The only times when I ever had issues were with some optional accessories which have little description and general information.

Customer service was a surprisingly great experience.
Stated my request and got an answer the next day!
I expected my request to take a while since it was nothing all to ordinary but got it done surprisingly quickly compared to other experiences with EMail only service portals (although they do have a discord for general help)

The kind of support big company’s dream of

Gate Enterprises is hands down one of the best companies in the airsoft game. I always run high-end setups and rely on top-tier gear, but what really matters is support — and these guys absolutely deliver.

I was one of the first people in Germany to get the Titan II. Had a few issues with it at the beginning, nothing crazy, early adopter stuff — but the way their support handled it was next level. They made sure I had a fully working Titan II in time for my next event. No stress, no excuses, no runaround — just solutions. That’s rare in this industry.

Their products are elite tier: reliable, innovative, performance-driven, and clearly designed by people who actually understand airsoft, not just electronics. And the company culture behind it shows — fast responses, competent tech support, real problem solving, not copy-paste answers.

If you’re building serious builds, running high-performance AEGs, HPA hybrids, or competition setups, GATE is a no-brainer. Premium products, premium support, premium mindset.

I have bought 2 products from gate

I have bought 2 products from gate, the first one was an early titan ii that had some small issues, 2 emails back and forth and their amazing support sent me a brand new unit with no hassle. Second one was a pulsar d2 and that one had some minor leak issue. They have Ben super helpful with helping me resolve this problem, first they sent a full poppet assembly, that dident resolve the issue. Well it did for a week but started again, I just told them it dident work and now they are sending me almost a full unit to replace every part. Gate does not only make good products and innovations in the market but they truly stand behind their product and makes sure that everything is as it’s supposed to be and they wouldn’t stop until everything is 100% good. In comparison to other Airsoft brands gate is just in a different level. I would recommend all their products any day of the week

Service client catastrophique

Service client catastrophique. Achat d'une réplique Trinity hPa, je la reçois et elle ne fonctionne pas et il y a un jeu énorme dans le puit de chargeur. AprÚs de nombreux mails ils acceptent que je la revoie a mes frais, aprÚs encore d'autres mail je réussi à avoir le retour gratuit. Ils n'ont rien fait sur la réplique et m'ont renvoyé la réplique défectueuse.
Il s'avÚre qu'elle ne tire pas en dessous de 90 psi alors qu'elle est annoncée fonctionner entre 60 et 140 psi.
Je revoie donc d'autres mail et ils refusent de me rembourser mais ils m'envoient un réducteur de débit d'air pour réduire la puissance de la bille (mais forcément elle fonctionne toujours pas en basse pression). Aucun geste de leur part pour les semaines passées avec la réplique hors d'usage et un échange de 62 mails pour avoir un service de garantie "correct" ce sera ma derniÚre commande chez Gate et je conseillerais a mon entourage de faire de même

I am a long customer of gate and have had many of their parts and all of them are of top tier quality. had only one break of a part, they replaced it swiftly and had no breaks since. the aster ETU which i tortured is still running with no major issues. customer service is very good and is fast to help.

Great service

Great service, I completely re did all the wiring and was having an issue with my titan and even though they could have refused to help because I did work to it myself, they didn’t and helped me solve my issue

Overall 11/10 thanks gate!

True professionals

I had bad luck and received a faulty product but the way Gate handled the situation was fantastic! The service was fast and professional and they even removed a feature in the product i didn't like without extra charge.
