Beautiful Products

I love the products and the exceptional customer service of Gatti. They were in touch with me from the minute I placed my order to the moment it was delivered. Thank you for the amazing service and wonderful experience

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The website states that I can enjoy a 10% discount on my first order. However, the discount was not applied to my order.

I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, and they refused to give me the 10% discount. Instead, they offered to include a gift in my package and provide a 20% discount on my next order. This is outrageous.

I received the package, and the product looks like a cheap Chinese item of very low quality. The fabric is poorly stretched and forms bulges in the corners. I requested customization with my initials, but one of the letters is coming off.

690 euros for this product is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

I strongly advise against ordering from this website, as it is clearly selling junk!

Regarding the 10% discount, please note that the terms and conditions for this offer were clearly outlined on our website. Once a payment has been processed, the e-commerce does not allow for retroactive discounts due to technical limitations in the hosting platform. Unfortunately, as you placed your order and made the payment before contacting us about the discount code, we were unable to apply it. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a more advantageous alternative, including a complimentary wireless charger and a 20% discount on your next purchase.

Concerning the product, we regret to hear that it has not met your expectations. Please be assured that our products are handcrafted with the highest quality materials, such as premium Mississippi alligator leather. The natural variations in the leather, which you have described as irregularities, are an hallmark to the authenticity and uniqueness of the product.

Regarding the personalization, we take great care in ensuring that our products are customized to the highest standards. We were surprised by your claim that a letter had come loose, as we conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. However, we are more than willing to address your concerns. If you would confirm the address to pick-up the item, we can arrange for the product to be returned to our workshop for inspection. If we find that there was indeed an error on our part, we will be happy to repair or replace the item at no cost. As a "family run"workshop with over 50 years of experience not only in leather but also in jewelry, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will always strive to find a solution.

We have consistently demonstrated our willingness to find an amicable resolution. We offered to replace or exchange the product and we even offered an additional gift. We are disappointed that you declined our offer and chose to make inaccurate and unsubstantiated claims about our company.

It's unusual to have a client who is so deliberately avoiding dialogue, so obstructionist, and who seems unwilling to find solutions.

We are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. With all due respect your reaction, lack of understanding and communication is unreasonable and disproportionate to the level of service, respect, diligence we provide.

The definitive luxury Italian leather case, handcrafted with pride in Italy.

Wow! THIS is the definitive luxury leather phone case! The moment I snapped it on my new iPhone 15 Pro, I could tell it was expertly engineered to fit precisely and securely. It feels balanced and luxurious in my hand. What a delight. I have been disappointed in the past by inferior leather cases that were thin, dry and, eventually, brittle. I just returned from a tour of Italy. In addition to the architecture and landscapes, I was impressed by the quality of the leather goods. I thought I should search online for an Italian leather case actually MADE in Italy. Brilliant idea! At last, I’ve found a premium Italian leather case, skillfully crafted by artisans in Italy. Bongiorno Gatti!

Great purchase, high quality product

Purchased a calf leather iphone case and I’m loving it. The case is high quality and very stylish, it speaks for itself! Nothing more satisfying than a well made Italian product..The delivery took a few extra days than expected but the customer service always gets back and proposes a gift as thank you token, very kind and helpful.
